Pros

Excellent customer support. Company had a blog and podcast worth checking out if you want to learn about great strategies for working remotely or for management techniques.
This software was used by an executive pastor I hired and it had great channels to utilize and overall worked seamlessly. Once I figured out it was very intuitive and helpful.
Benefits are that company can post all my projects on there for me to access. Improvement can be made for making the website more appealing and maybe having a more reliable search bar.

Pros

Good theory for integrated collaborative vehicle. Need to promote mobile app (I need to take time to see how I might use this) and encourage clients on best practices for mobile usage.
Easy Projects is so incredibly easy to use and the company really loves feedback on how to improve. That is something I can appreciate as my company strives for continuous improvement.
We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests.

Cons

Since there are no categories or threads, conversations get lost inside Campfire and it is quite difficult to find specific things that were discussed in the past.
Finding the BaseCamp is sometimes difficult. I have lost the link and was delayed in accessing the info.
The lack of tagging or labels in projects is a bit of a limitation, although ultimately only a minor annoyance in the overall workflow.

Cons

In the report generator, it should show last user with date and time. No warning that you have entered the same project code.
Lack of text formatting makes it hard to indicate revisions in my feedback to the rest of the team.
It is also frustrating to try and find past projects that have been worked on. Often times I will search a project by the number its titled, and it never shows up in the search function.

Basecamp

Great for intensive projects

We use Basecamp to onboard new hires at our marketing agency. I think it's a decent system, but it could use a little more of a visual interface. I think sometimes the text on our project pages is hard to look at.

Pros

I love that Basecamp autosaves everything. It's a small thing, but some systems don't do this and it is inconvenient when you lose information. I also think that Basecamp is awesome for more intensive projects. You can house a lot of information in one spot and the website works pretty fast. The to-do lists in Basecamp are my favorite thing!

Cons

I think there are other easier project management systems. I think it would help if Basecamp were a little more visual.
