Scott Christopher

Used it to work with other agency/cross-functional teams

Pros

The brainstorming areas within the portal. Also that you can load in an email chain pretty easily so that everyone is in the loop (even with attachments).

Cons

Some of the functionality is buggy and it didn't integrate very well with the Highrise CRM even though it's the same company.

Because it's by Basecamp, you know it will save you time and money

2018-07-19

Pros

Highrise is built by Basecamp and it has it's own cult following.

Cons

A lot of organizations are used to Salesforce, so it's hard to get people who have used highrise, or organizations that are willing to use Highrise, so even if you like Highrise you may find yourself having to use a different platform based on the organization you work with.
