Pros

The overall experience is pretty average and neutral. It is good, quite easy to use and cooperate with other people, but the price for money value isn't great.
My experience with Basecamp is a good but the only challenge is with the customer care ,where I would like to make an enquiry about some but the responds needs to be worked on please.
Platform is easy to use and very helpful to keep a project organized. Additionally, the email based communication and updates is a great asset to keep on top of assigned tasks.

Pros

It is a tool that is perfectly suited to my need to quantify the times that employment in each of my projects or leisure time.
I love the ease of use and the fact that the developers implement features we have asked for during the years.
Perfect for invoicing, project management. Excellent user interface.

Cons

The lack of tagging or labels in projects is a bit of a limitation, although ultimately only a minor annoyance in the overall workflow.
Finding the BaseCamp is sometimes difficult. I have lost the link and was delayed in accessing the info.
Since there are no categories or threads, conversations get lost inside Campfire and it is quite difficult to find specific things that were discussed in the past.

Cons

And without notice, price of Nutcache when nuts. It became too expensive for what it gave.
We are missing time reporting within a selected project on a specific product or service.
My problem was in principle, do not brake your promises.
