Tasks can be created through dictation or typing, and users can assign team members to work on each task, set deadlines, attach required links and documents, and mark the task as done on completion.

If tasks are transferred to external recipients, attached files are converted automatically into their corresponding Microsoft Office formats.

Users can create labels for different clients, projects, and other identifiers, and add these to tasks, allowing the grouping and filtering of tasks based on their labels.

Customizable reminder mails can be generated for upcoming deadlines, with users able to edit messages before they are sent.
