I am really impressed with the customer service. The team is really responsive and support you with the best solution possible.

So it is difficult to read more than a few lines at a time while entering the defect.

No "undo" when doing project plan, which is very dangerous and strange in 2022.

I also liked the access controls and options to switch off unwanted or unused features. They have a well structured and self explainatory knowledgebase, responsive and prompt support staff.

We use Celoxis to manage multiple projects. Our accounting team use this for service billing and its very easy to use and integrated with our accounting system.

Celoxis allows integration of planned work hours and resources with time card inputs to allow an integrated management solution that permits tracking of Planed vs. Actual labor hours and costs.

Our software development shop switched to Celoxis a few years ago and haven't looked back. It's ease of use for time entry has proven to make for much more accurate and timely time entries, and the project/time/task/resource reporting features are top notch. As a project manager, I used to spend hours and hours trying to get various views of project data, and Celoxis makes that much easier. Another feature that I feel sets it apart from other platforms, is the ability for me to create my own personal Dashboard where I can customize it to show the views and tasks that are important to me.

Overall it is a very powerful tool at a reasonable price. Only wish that it had drag and drop functionality and the ability to optimize resources in a job role (evenly spread the work load on a daily basis).

Robust platform

The tool has a lot of great features to include a lot of fields for details of a project; however, I have had issues with saving and the project rolling back up to another line, so I am constantly losing my place. It is a very annoying issue with the tool.  The tool often runs slow with saving and has some weird issues with using 1/2 days for the duration. I contacted the help desk and even shared a cloned project to have them fix the issue with saving and it relocating you to another place in the project plan but nothing was ever done about it.  I never got a response.  This issue really needs to be fixed.  Additionally, when you expand and collapse items, the system needs to save that for the next time you open up the project plan.

A few years back, we took the time to try a number of PM tools. The most easy to use solutions offered poor features, and the most powerful ones were very difficult to implement and run on a day-to-day basis. The perfect balance between ease-of-use and power

I've used Celoxis for managing multiple publishing projects at once. The features for both the project manager and project resource are straightforward and exactly what we need. The Celoxis team continues to introduce new features with every version and builds an easy-to-use product. The customer service has always been helpful whenever I've had a question or issue.
