Pros

Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. I've been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time.
The best aspect of this platform, for me, is the ease in which I can see each of my team member's project load. This enables me to better time manage all the resources available in my team.
All of the people we've dealt with are likable and eager to help...just not on our terms, which is the place they could improve the most.

Pros

It is fantastic for managing our team and different partners. Our operations side has also been thrilled with the lists that Basecamp provides.
Love the feeling that Basecamp gives me, it is like I'm in a virtual office. It was very easy to setup and start going, the crew loved it.
Basecamp give myself and my team the ability to expand our projects, make to-do lists, set expectations with ease. It highly recommend this software to other Creative Companies.

Cons

Can be a pain in the ass to configure when the application need to so specific for your organization.
The fact that there are so many features also has a downside.
Our biggest struggle comes with the idea that a PSA should be a three legged stool (projects/task management, time tracking/resource management, and project financial management).

Cons

I believe the roll out of this new website and way of tracking our progress was poor and has cause a lot of frustration, discouragement and even loss of membership for our older members.
At times it can get confusing and files seem to get lost in the shuffle.
You know how you have to have check your email and phone regularly. You can just add Basecamp to the list, but it's worse, because at least you get notified of emails.

Reporting is not flexible enough

Decent product overall and cheaper price, but you sacrifice a lot of functionality when compared to other offerings in the space.

Pros

More functionality that tools like Basecamp, Asana, etc. Web-based Easy Setup

Cons

Support is not very helpful. Very little guidance in best practices with their software. Reporting is not nearly as flexible as other tools I've used in the past (AtTask).

Full featured - but huge code base

Good. It was a disaster switching to Redbooth, and it was a major upgrade from Basecamp. Maybe it was too big of a jump for a smaller organization.

Pros

It's like the rolls royce of project management systems. Super powerful and hard to really throw stones at the functionality.

Cons

The biggest learning curve because it has specific ways that it manages workflows. It's great. But you need a dedicated team member to just learn and train people on it.

Pros

Simple to use, in-product tutorials and help guides, open and colorful interface and intuitive interface.

Cons

Time tracking cannot be billed to customers (we used Clarizen for this). Also not good for task tracking and project management.
