Pros

Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. I've been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time.
All of the people we've dealt with are likable and eager to help...just not on our terms, which is the place they could improve the most.
Clarizen is a great product with fantastic support. Their webinars are great examples of how to do things right, they have Q&A sessions that anyone can join and get all of your questions answers.

Pros

The program is useful, more user friendly. Provides a significant advantage in multi-person projects.
If there is ever any kind of issue it has been resolved with in moments of reaching out to tech support. I also was able to teach myself this program which is always a bonus.
Primavera is really robust and capable of helping in planning and project management, you can easily manage users and permissions and it's even able to integrate with a process engine.

Cons

Can be a pain in the ass to configure when the application need to so specific for your organization.
The fact that there are so many features also has a downside.
Our biggest struggle comes with the idea that a PSA should be a three legged stool (projects/task management, time tracking/resource management, and project financial management).

Cons

P6 is very possibly the least easy-to-use program I've ever been taught. While it's full of features, it's horrible to navigate and takes some serious training for employees.
Current customer support by Oracle is terrible. EI and Java could never be updated otherwise the software would not function.
Sometimes the program can be a little frustrating.

Pros

Clarizen has an immediate ease of use due to its familiar user interface. If you've used popular social media sites you'll easily be able to start using Clarizen right away. I love that we can customize and extend the features with workflows, validations and automations.

Cons

Clarizen is not the cheapest solution out there - but you really pay for what you get. We've tried other products, including cloud based PPM systems and did not like them as well.

Cloud based Project management software that includes workflow automation. These features make this software one of the best we have used so far.

Cons

This software helps to open communication in our office and to know exactly where we are with a project and who we are waiting on to move to the enxt step.

Clarizen is not a generic light tool for simply task scheduling and contact management. It is a serious project management software done by project managers for project managers.

Pros

It profoundly covers all aspects of project management, very customisable, with advanced reporting and custom fields.

Cons

There is always a room for improvement, Clarizen is relatively a new product that needs to build an ecosystem around it. That includes more integrations with other cloud services, 3rd party products in its marketPlace, and faster customer support.

Three way integration with Intacct and Salesforce works great

With Clarizen's integration to Salesforce anyone with appropriate access can check the status of a project without having to pick up the phone and call our delivery team - visibility into project status is right there in Salesforce. If you happen to use Intacct Cloud Financials you will be even more pleased as time and expenses can flow from Clarizen to the accounting system. This three way integration has been a huge win for our company

good support. UI is very intuitive and easy to use the first iteration of the Salesforce plugin was so-so, the newest version is years ahead

Clarizen is an intuitive, easy to learn and professional cloud based project management application that will improve the effectiveness of any organization. You can use it on your computer, tablet or smartphone and gives you everything you need to create and monitor a project. It also tracks staff timesheets, project budgets, resource allocation, Gantt charts, roll ups project progress reports and integration to Salesforce as well. They have thought of just about everything, their support and training is stellar and their people are always there to help and support their clients. You can't do better than Clarizen!

Feature rich, easy to learn, mutli platform, great UI and reporting.

Progress reports and reviews with real time data. Easy collaboration and communication between team members. Great online support team and webinars. Easy to track budget, time and resources from the same home page.

Cons

Clarizen's features mean that if you have a small, simple project that only needs a team of 2 or 3, Clarizen is probably too powerful.
