Pros

The most important thing that impressed me is the proximity of the Clarizen team. They are quick with to the point answers, very accessible and open to listen to your challenges.
If you are prepared to work with few manual steps, that might improve in future, it is a great value product and Clarizen support team is excellent.
We have used Clarizen for years and recommend it to all our clients. We are always asked for solutions that integrate with Salesforce.com and now we have a solution we can refer with confidence.

Pros

Organization of the mais topics regarding project management like activities and documents, but would be better improved if focused in a capital equipments projects and etc.
Now i am able to get time-sheet also fill-up from my team which is good point for me. Now Zoho task management is accessible through mobile app also which is also good part of this product offering.
And while customer service is also great (I can always reach a human),the knowledge base and Help sections needs user experience streamlining.

Cons

Often a filter is set and forgotten about then the wrong information is displayed. Don't minimize user training and retraining when using the software.
The fact that there are so many features also has a downside.
Sometimes it lags, little confuse in first use but not a big deal.

Cons

It can be difficult for some to learn, especially those who are not tech-savvy. There are some limitations in customizing tasks and issue fields that are not deal-breakers but are certainly annoying.
And one of the most annoying things of all is that when adding customized fields, it does NOT allow you to multi-select. This is difficult to work around.
The absence of a group chats feature. The application encountered errors while working with QuickBooks.

Clarizen

Good for Projects Bad for Accounting

Clarizen is okay in terms of the project management capabilities. At my previous job, we used Zoho Projects and CRM and I found it much more efficient in the accounting integration aspect. With Clarizen there isn’t many options as far as billing and timesheet information goes. I use Great Plains for accounting and we tried to integrate everything into Clarizen but there’s just not enough customizable features to where it would be beneficial for us.
