Anthony, my customer service contact, has been amazing. Super responsive, available to help, but does not overwhelm me with questions or check ins.
It helps us track what we need and is easy to navigate. Any time I need to contact customer support, they are super helpful, professional and timely.
This has been a helpful tool for our company, and with little funds as a nonprofit, the price is pretty good as well. Employees, supervisors, and admin use this daily to help get our work done.
Pros
FreedCamp offers an extremely useful and effective tool all for fre. It also provides an attractive interface, useful tool tips and overall delivers a very positive experience for the end user.
A simple and effective online platform for team collaboration. Honestly it works so flawlessly and makes team integration and our daily work of projects and tasks as successfully as it should be.
Easy to use, good choice of task views and usage, customer service is excellent. Several new features have been added since we started using Freedcamp, and each one has been a benefit and improvement.
Cons
We have no way to enter in expected future accrual and allow staff to borrow from that. It ends up that most of our staff have negative leave balances.
Some of the reports can be confusing at times but overall we are able to navigate to the report we are looking for.
Limited customizing features, slow custom development, weak integration API in Expense module.
Cons
The biggest reason we are using freedcamp is we were having trouble sending/receiving emails from each other.
The only downside that I would say is the mobile app, but its mostly a personal preference.
Some aspects such as web passwords on the toolbar doesn't always show the list. M sure this is user fault, but it personally can be confusing to add things to the right places.
