Pros

It helps us track what we need and is easy to navigate. Any time I need to contact customer support, they are super helpful, professional and timely.
This has been a helpful tool for our company, and with little funds as a nonprofit, the price is pretty good as well. Employees, supervisors, and admin use this daily to help get our work done.
Everyone from the Sales to the Service people at ClickTime were easy to work with, served as great partners, and did their best to make our experience as positive as possible.

Pros

I think the design is beautiful, simple, and user-friendly which keeps my mind at ease while using. Also, once you set it up, it just does everything for you with clicks and it is amazing.
Super simple to set up, does withholding reporting for you, super user friendly. I had not performed any sort of payroll before and Gusto made the whole process extremely positive.
Payroll is completely new to me so I appreciated how user friendly Gusto was from the beginning. Their customer service has alway been good as well, and I’ve reached out to them several times.

Cons

We have no way to enter in expected future accrual and allow staff to borrow from that. It ends up that most of our staff have negative leave balances.
Limited customizing features, slow custom development, weak integration API in Expense module.
Some of the reports can be confusing at times but overall we are able to navigate to the report we are looking for.

Cons

The customer service has been terrible. When problems occur you email their generic support.
Gusto made an error in reporting of my payroll on 941 and NJ state WR30, and its proven impossible to many adjustments. NO customer service, no supervisors, no way to escalate.
I have been recently disappointed that they continue to neglect to file 941 taxes on time. I just got 2 notices from the IRS even though I can see on my profile that the document has been completed.
