Pros

Anthony, my customer service contact, has been amazing. Super responsive, available to help, but does not overwhelm me with questions or check ins.
It helps us track what we need and is easy to navigate. Any time I need to contact customer support, they are super helpful, professional and timely.
This has been a helpful tool for our company, and with little funds as a nonprofit, the price is pretty good as well. Employees, supervisors, and admin use this daily to help get our work done.

Pros

Generally awesome, the fact that our boss retains its subscription after more than a year now, it's definitely useful. It's actually the basis of our timekeeping and salary.
Free to use and user friendly to every one who desires to use this. I do recommend this because it is a good and best software in its functionalities in my own opinion.
What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.

Cons

We have no way to enter in expected future accrual and allow staff to borrow from that. It ends up that most of our staff have negative leave balances.
Some of the reports can be confusing at times but overall we are able to navigate to the report we are looking for.
Limited customizing features, slow custom development, weak integration API in Expense module.

Cons

Bunch of buggs in anoying. Interface is very bad, you can not even make any report - because filters are absolutely is awful.
Sometimes the syncing of time can be incorrect when switching between multiple computers, which can cause loss of working time.
Need to start and stop it manually due to which there is a space for human error.
