Pros

Anthony, my customer service contact, has been amazing. Super responsive, available to help, but does not overwhelm me with questions or check ins.
It helps us track what we need and is easy to navigate. Any time I need to contact customer support, they are super helpful, professional and timely.
This has been a helpful tool for our company, and with little funds as a nonprofit, the price is pretty good as well. Employees, supervisors, and admin use this daily to help get our work done.

Pros

I love that I can label each project and color code them. I appreciate the ability to save the reports as PDF to show clients where my time is being spent.
It is nice, that it has a free trial, so that you can try it before paying for it. It is an advantage, that you can set up teams.
I liked using the desktop app that provides great auto-completion feature and super useful idle detection. Chrome plugin also great to access quickly from the browser.

Cons

We have no way to enter in expected future accrual and allow staff to borrow from that. It ends up that most of our staff have negative leave balances.
Some of the reports can be confusing at times but overall we are able to navigate to the report we are looking for.
Limited customizing features, slow custom development, weak integration API in Expense module.

Cons

Also, if you mess up and want to change a time entry (you walked away and forgot to shut it off or you forgot to start it), it can be a bit of a pain.
The one and only thing that frustrates me is the awful sync between the desktop and mobile. I have since stopped using the mobile app and keep a tab open on my PC to start and stop when I need it.
There's an odd bug in the Asana integration that forces me to use a mouse to add tags rather than keeping my hands on my keyboard. A small nitpick but it does mess with my flow.
