Pros

The different views and settings within each view are great. The option to share a view with a link, and/or invite guests over to use the software with you is a great feature.
I love the versatility of this program. It is my responsibility to help my clients find the perfect tools for efficiency and productivity and I often recommend they look at ClickUp.
Great for just every project management and task organization. Integrates great with other apps and has a fantastic chrome extension.

Pros

Intuitive, organized, visually appealing and functional. Customer support is always helpful and has solved all of our questions so far.
Wiggle cards on My Timesheet to drag and drop. Great design that makes the experience more delightful.
This is great for when my team members are swamped or traveling to shoots or conferences.

Cons

Everything is too much grey in grey, they have pain to read (and they hate the dark mode! It's depressing!) the font is too small.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
It can get complicated real quick. The downside of this software is that it has too many tabs and folders all in a small space which makes it confusing at times.

Cons

But all in all not many complaints here. There are some small technical errors we have encountered with Archiving, but nothing major.
I did think that having to sign back in on each system restart was slightly inconvenient.
Onboarding: Lack of Educational overlays/tutorial video.

Best PM if You Have The Time To Learn

My overall experience is great. I would recommend it to almost every business looking to increase productivity as long as they allocate time for training.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is the Chrome extension to capture notes, websites, and images. The second thing I like the tool is the Gmail extension

User Friendly for Team Management

Time Management and team collaboration is a pain and click-up did that soothingly. Different boards help me realize the amount of work that is been allocated to each department. When it comes to marketing, we analyse everything and We love it.

Pros

It best fits for our Team, They have tons of updates more frequently. Clickup thinks from customer perspective. It has different board and the extension for chrome is so helpful, where I can add tasks from my Gmail.

Cons

Nothing as such, It is completely User friendly, colorful and gives complete freedom to work. They can give us more space for Free users. Could understand that this is their strategy for conversion. Still who doesn't love Free :)

Easiest and most useful Productivity Software

I think I have covered this in the Pros. It really does what it says it does, and makes it very easy.

Pros

I love the ease of use and how easy it is to add more users. I also love the fact that you can allocate jobs to users that have not accepted their invite (allows me to still manage their tasks). Best of all are the integrations and available API for custom software! All in all, a brilliant app!

Cons

Very minor, but it would be nice to have the "Spaces" shown on the left panel when I click "All Spaces". Also minor, but it would be nice to have a quick view of all tasks across multiple Teams.
