Pros

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.

It's been wonderful, productive.

Have to address to customer support! They are on a mission to help you with anything and everything and make your life hundred times easier.

Cons

Nothing much to dislike about it, just probably the fact that, it would take some time for you get used to it. But once you do, there is nothing that can stop you from using it.

I couldn't imagine our company without ClickUp. It continually enables us to power execution across a fast growing scale up and it continues to deliver on it's mission of a super platform with an incredible depth of features tools like Asana simple do not have.

Pros

ClickUp has an incredible depth of features that very few other project management tools can match. They have such a vast array of features which empowers us to stop needing different platforms for different things. The ClickUp team is clearly world-class when it comes to shipping features and this stands out.

Cons

ClickUp can be very buggy and you need to routinely refresh to see changes you may have made which is frustrating. This is the downside of a business that introduces features rapidly which is a positive and a negative

Clickup helps us handle both internal and external work, as well as client relations. The straightforward concept of generating zones is ideal for individuals who have distinct categories or sectors of operation. Spaces can also be used to manage a project and then erased, making them ideal for any long-term tasks you may be working on. As a person on the go, the accessibility of the iOS app is quite convenient.

Pros

Cons

Dashboards are not exportable. Increasing Prices — Users have pointed out that ClickUp's subscription prices increase by a small percentage every month, but the services do not. In comparison to other project management sites, ClickUp frequently raises its prices. Overwhelming program - The software is overbearing and requires a significant amount of time and effort from consumers to comprehend before they can begin to use and reap the full benefits of ClickUp. No sorting choices - A new project is always at the bottom of the project list, and there is no way to order them according to the user's requirements.

It is the perfect tool to stay in control and have information you need when you need it.

Pros

It is a very easy to use app that allows to manage your team from one single place. You can assign, communicate publish documents and track overall progress. It has great dashboards that ensure you make decisions in time.

Cons

It is a fantastic tool and so far I can't do more than wait for the next release to come and surprise me.

ClickUp in the life of a researcher

In my life as a researcher this was by far the most useful app. Specially in combination with Clockify, but I really would like to have a pomodore system integrated in the software. This would be the best

Pros

Allows to easily organize your projects and collaborate with colleagues Allows to control the time you spend in each activity thanks to the integration with Clockify Facility to access the software anywhere (smartphones, browser, etc.)

Cons

The lack of a pomodore to control the time you focus on a activity is really something that I miss the most.

A comprehensive tool for mid to large size projects

A good and practical tool for managing projects, tasks and team members. I recommend it for mid and large teams.

Pros

- Clickup has the ability to determine goals and manage your way to achieve them, which is not available in most project management software.- Easy in creating different spaces and managing works in each one.- Creating tasks and assigning tasks to team members are so easy.- It is great in creating recurrent tasks, which save your time especially in some kind of projects.- Also, great in managing and tracking team members with an easy to read dashboard.

Cons

- The mobile application has limited functions of the software, so you have to use the web version for full use and control.

Excellent and practical, helped me track a lot of projects, its capabilities and services can not be limited, an acceptable price

Pros

ClickUp Excellent allows comprehensive project control with a lot of multiple services, no limit to the possibilities

Cons

It is difficult to find the negatives of this great program, but we will mention some of them: - It is characterized by a lot of capabilities and services that we still do not know many of. It would be good to introduce them all through small videos - Data upload speed is not fast

It does everything I was looking for, a project manager with a clear and functional hierarchy.

Truly clear interface with an amazing useful hierarchy. I finally can control and handle all I have to do with work.

Pros

That they divide the space really clear. Inside each team, we found projects, then lists, tasks, subtasks, and to-do. I couldn't ask for more, that was what I was looking for. That is for me the main Pro it has. The second one is that is free for almost everything, so you won't notice you are not using the paid version. Third, the customer service is the best I've ever talked to. Really clear, focused, helpful and kind.

Cons

The only thing I can say, is that the android app is not the best I've used, but it works perfectly good, is just is not a top designed 110% functions app, but I'm really confident that that will improve soon.

Great Features, Low Cost

My overall experience with this product has been great.

Pros

They're always adding more features, and improving the functionality of their app. This has allowed me to completely take control of the projects that we run in a way that other tools simply cannot. I haven't used the Goals & Portfolio features too much, but they do seem pretty well designed.

Cons

Sometimes, the interface can be a little slow to load. I'd also like more fine tuned control over the notifications I receive through the app.
