it is a simple user friendly tool. we can easily add any task and track hours against the same tasks can be assigned to others as well. it make project team hours tracking easy great tool for project hours, time track of employees, billable hours and schedule.

desktop app can crash sometimes but using web version solves the issue. other than one off glitch, there were no issues.

It is very easy to keep track of my hours on different projects, which makes it easy as an independent contractor to complete requests for payments and is a very efficient way to manage my projects. Adding or changing time retroactively is also very simple and quick.

I tried working with team members to keep track of overall project hours, but I think they had difficulty figuring out if the hours should be listed under the project manager or the director's account, so I could only see some of my team's hours. That was a little confusing.

It's a good software to track the hours in a project.

I like the interface of the software. It's very userfriendly.

I love how easy and uncomplicated Clockify has made it for me to simply keep track of my hours worked. I absolutely love how I can separate my projects and clients, while still keeping account how many hours I've spent.

When I add time manually, I would like to record just the total hours worked towards a project. The default always displays a clocked time to my hours. For example, I log 2 hours on a certain project, but it records 2 hours plus a time, 9:00 am-11:00 am. I might not have worked necessarily 9-11, but it auto displays a clock time to my logged hours.

You might try adding time by duration (https://clockify.me/help/time-tracking/quick-methods-for-adding-time), though you'll still have the start and end time, it's quicker. Or, you can use Timesheets view where you simply add the total hours you worked on a project that day. Cheers!

Easy and free to use, I tried other but they were too complicated, clockify it's easy if you have never used anything to track time.

I have some trouble finding out how many hours I took for each project, it's not thatintuitive

The ease of use it is easy to use and see reports seeing where all my hours went

at the time didn't see any cons but if something need to be improved is time sheet i can task in project set 1 hour and want to set another task in same time sheet and put 2 hours without going to time tracker had to create new one and set by time instead of putting mins and hours

I use this software to manage better the time that I working on some projects, to have a good organization, and to make priorities.

I would like that integrate more information about how many hours work in each project that I integrate.

An easy way to track multiple projects. I love the gmail and chrome integrations that allow me to start tracking at the click of a button. Very easy to use and I’ve had no issues.

It is easy to switch between projects and start and stop the clock. It is easy to obtain a weekly sum of working time for each project, which is just what I need.

A few times I have experienced that clockify have incorrectly combined two consecutive dates, recording 24 hours too much. I have not managed to correct this by reentering the start and stop times.

The single click timer makes it super easy to track time since I can stop it and start it as people distract me throughout the day. It's amazing how many features they pack into the free version, our team didn't need to purchase a license.

Only con I can think of is that I wish that they had better integration into existing office software such as Teams or Office Planner.

I was looking for a website that would provide a time tracking service for different projects I would work on and I found that Clockify, even with the free version offers more than enough. The UI is not cluttered and it is clean for a user to find their way around even after using it for the first time. I like the option to amend and edit the time spent on certain projects which comes in very handy.

As much as I am aware, once I continue working on a project that was worked on the previous days, it doesn't add those hours to the total for the project.

I like that it helps to define how many hours I spent on what client project, and I can assign a dollar number for some project hours, a total time allocated,etc. I must admit I don't use these features nearly enough.

It cannot track when you forget to turn it on. Time Rescue does this. Okay, mostly this is 'user error' but it should reset when you go to see your project times weekly.

Super easy to use and great to get an overview of hours worked per task/project

Nothing wrong about it, I use it everyday and it's the perfect time management tool for me.

I loved the ability to log hours within a specific project or task. It made grant-report-writing much easier as we could reference hours spent on each program.

The timer feature felt unnecessary compared to logging hours after the fact.

Time tracking. Being able to track the amount of hours put in for a particular project helps plan for the workload and adjust live mid project.

It's ability to link with azure devops. This makes it easy to keep track with the tasks and projects.

~ Doesn't allow the 'boss' to edit entries put in by the employees; beit incorrect hours entered or hours put to the wrong client/project, changing employee emails to their name or employee number, etc.

I am not reliable enough to track my own time, so this software is a gift!

I can't think of any at the moment, it does what I need, track my hours for weach project I do.

I don't know if there is something that i don't like, maybe the amount of duplicate projects in one client
