Clubhouse is allowing us to capture user stories on the fly, and keep those stories organized. We are able to create custom swim lanes that match our process perfectly, so that the stories can flow from one step to the next easily until they are done. We use the reporting on a daily basis to look at our burndown chart, and to track our stats for each sprint. It is easy to add tasks for each other...
We're a scrum team developing software in the news industry. We switched from PivotalTracker to Clubhouse, and the ease of setup and how quickly we were able to learn the product was amazing. It took me weeks to get a grasp of PivotalTracker, but within a morning we were up and running on Clubhouse and loving it. The software looks clean, appealing, and intuitive, and it is so easy to learn and use that you will wonder why you used anything else ever. And the price point is easy to swallow, too. We love it!
Clubhouse is still missing robust sprint related tools. There are great workarounds in place, and they will be releasing those soon, so no hesitation on recommending it. But once they roll those features out it will be even better.

Shortcut is amazing for non-profits who need a flexible and no- to low-cost task/project management platform.
Unless you work in Agile methodology day in and day out, it can be difficult to understand how to effectively organize tasks/stories into epics and projects.

Clubhouse has given us a great workflow which minimises the reliance on human input while maximising the oversight we have on the work we have in progress. For our team it strikes the perfect balance between the simplicity of Trello with the best bits of more powerful tools like Jira - minus all of the bloat. I would highly recommend it for the sake that because it's developer focused, our developers actually don't mind using it. At the end of the day, your tool is only going to be as good as the effort your team is willing to put into using it so this is definitely something that isn't to be overlooked.
Unlike other agile management platforms, Clubhouse is setup that you can get a lot of value from the simple Kanban board with the option to go deeper and track more in depth insights into the progress of your work. We moved to Clubhouse from a setup of Trello with a ton of extensions to help manage the extra tracking we wanted to be doing, and I think the best analogy I can make is that Clubhouse...
There isn't anything major that I would complain about, but there are some improvements like showing epic burn down charts by points instead of the number of stories that I've asked for a few times but haven't been implemented. The reporting functionality also has a few bugs, but nothing major that stops it from being valuable.

The software is incredible, it's easy to use, and the features just feats your team needs.
For Brazil it is a really expensive product, I wouldn't be able to pay the complete version, although I know that the free plan locks features that would be really helpful. Some international companies vary the price based on the exchange rate. That would allow to sell your product here easily. For example, for a team of 7 the price would be $84,00, that makes almost R$500,00 here that is almost the same as all the shopping (food, grocery..) for a family of two for a month. See?Other than that, it would be awesome to be able to change the team shortcut url. When I've created my team account I didn't know that the company name would be used for the URL, now it is very long and very ugly to share.

Easy to get started with. Easy to use. Nice diagrams and overviews.
It is extremely easy to use. Quick to setup and understand. VERY cost effective! The team behind Shortcut delivers new and exciting functionality often that really makes a difference.
I have not idea to be honest. There are really no bad parts of Shortcut for what it is doing! Nice integrations and easy to use, not really something you can dislike.

I’ve used more complex software for ticket management and simpler tools, and Shortcut is the right balance of features, cost and ease of use.
Shortcut recently added Teams to their system which doesn’t work well with our workflow.

Shortcut is easy to use but very powerful, and has a clean, intuitive interface. It offers a wide range of features, including project planning, task management, and collaboration tools. The software integrates well with other tools, such as Slack.
The per-user price is a bit steep if you need access to all of Shortcut's features.

My experience with Clubhouse was not great to say the least. While the UI is promising, and the price per user is much lower than others, you get what you pay for. Like too many other project management apps, there is not enough focus on the time being tracked vs a budget for the project you are working on. The project layers overlap in a way that would be good if you were working on individual projects for a larger product, but not if you are working on individual projects geared towards individual clients.
I think the best part of Clubhouse is the robust API that can allow a dev team to add or complement to the existing platform. Clubhouse seems designed for teams focusing on a product or a small portfolio of similar products or complimentary features. It does not seem designed for a consulting or agency style development shop.
Clubhouse is lacking in a number of areas that should be expected features in agile project management software. Completion dates are buried, no project budgeting or hourly rates, no invoicing or adding expenses, time tracking, resource management, personal task lists, custom fields, dependencies. It also seemed overwhelming to get set up and running.

We have much more clarity of what we have in progress, and are able to see the future timelines much more clearly.
It's very easy to use. I have used other similar software for project management in the Agile process, and this has all the best needed features without all the complexity. Just the right amount of features to make our team productive and integrate with other tools. Our entire team really enjoys how it works, and planning is simple with how we use project, epics, and milestones. Also the price for our small team is great for our small growing company.
Some of the integrations with 3rd party tools like slack are not fully flushed out and I wish could be a little more granular. There have also been a couple of occasions where it wasn't clear on generating some report data for a very specific

We migrated away from Atlassian Jira to Clubhouse due to how slow and complicated it was setup and maintain. Getting our stories & projects migrated away form Jira was quick and painless, allowing us to get off the ground quick with the transition. Setup is very minimal to get a basic workflow going, and adjusting it to meet your needs doesn't take much work. Support is friendly and very responsive, and helped us out with some minor qibbles and questions. The only two downsides are that the reporting and search features are currently unpolished and need some work.
The software is simple enough for our entire team to use efficiently, but still flexible enough to meet our workflow.
The reporting capabilities are very bare bones and not very useful. We ended up creating a script to pull data from the API into a third party database to run reports and analytics against.

Our team was previously using GitHub to organize our projects and tasks as an in-between before finding an actual project management tool. After reviewing countless products, Clubhouse really stood out -- functionality, pricing, features -- all of it fit seamlessly into our workflows. It helped us give transparency to non-development teams and gave us the tools we needed to hold ourselves accountable and keep organized. Like the title says -- a game-changer for our team!
- high level of customization without feeling bulky - integration w/ Slack, GitHub, etc. - interface options --> Status pages for standups and Dashboard for personal organization were huge draws
- have occasionally had a hard time finding where to set filters/statuses, but that hasn't happened lately

I've had a very good experience with Clubhouse and for the price it does offer everything that is needed to run agile teams.
As a growth marketer who really enjoys working in an agile environment, I realize I need tools that are not as overly complex to understand, as sometimes it requires bringing in individuals who have never worked in an agile environment. Clubhouse is easy to use while not sacrificing the required structures for agile environments.
I got used to other, more complicated software before adopting Clubhouse. This means that I do miss some of the reporting features offered by other competitors. Clubhouse does offer more basic reporting, but I loved the higher complexity of Jira's reporting. I also don't like that you can't necessarily flag items in the story board nor have multiple swimlanes for Epic organization. However, I have adjusted to this fine overtime and I think that never used those features before won't have a need for them necessarily.

So far, my experience with Clubhouse is really positive.
Clubhouse is amazing : it's an innovative project management software very easy to use and very easy to deploy.
Some features are missing in Clubhouse. It's a shame because the software is very good. The price is a bit high, but would be justified if the missing features were added.

I love how intuitive and easy to use the software is. The pricing is great if you're a team of less than 10.
What I don't like is that it gets very expensive once you are a team of 11 or more. For startups, this is just not a feasible price. However, if you're a team of 10 or less, it's very reasonable and feasible.

The overall experience is an Enjoyable one interfacing with the platform and I would definitely encourage anyone will to try to do so.
The cost of the software was so low in relation to the others in the market and you get so much out of the application it’s unbelievable.
There is no invoicing or tracking time so this was a bit of a turn off for me if this feature is upgraded the overall experience would be top notch

Shortcut allows us to create EPIC projects and assign Stories and tasks to individuals to help manage their time and costs related to projects. Its fairly simple to use, and the lower cost subscriptions have a lot of the features you'd need. It is a good product for smaller teams and companies who don't want the bigger company price tags.
Epics and stories are easy to manage and prioritize.
Dashboard, just like with other similar systems, can get a bit cluttered.

Clubhouse has a low barrier to entry--new users pick up on it right away. While powerful and robust, information is organized and presented in a simple and elegant way. The webinars were very helpful in getting the most out of Clubhouse, and I look forward seeing their roadmap unfold.

I didn't really get a choice in using Shortcut, but I wouldn't trade it. It does everything I need it to do.

It offers the ability to keep it simple but go deep if you want. Both offer value.
If you go deep it starts to get clunky.
