Pros

It is also a beautifully designed peice of software that is clean, modern, and a joy to use.
Overall it has been great, wonderful find to have up to date information.
This tool ensures shared understanding with the entire team, arguably the most critical aspect to a successful product launch. Oh, and yes, it does push and integrate with Jira with two-way sync.

Pros

The recognition feature is also straightforward and easy to use, thus utilized quite heavily in our company. Site itself has been reliable - no bigger / outstanding bugs which would block the usage.
It is very simple and gives you a very good idea about the company and I like the recognition part the best.
It's veyr simple to use and it's a very nice way to tacking your self and you team progress. The recognitions is also a great think because this really inspire people.

Cons

Unable to post links with ampersands in the URL in comments. Permalinks stop randomly working and bring to a different view.
Poor number of integrations with other platforms and tools.
Sometimes it's not accurate when it comes to who edited a story/item. This can cause quite the problem for paper trails.

Cons

There is nothing we can do if someone finalize any meeting or review form by mistake.
I find the objective alignment to be kinda difficult to work and some of my colleagues are way less adept at using it and it causes friction in the beginning of reporting periods.
It's kind of all over the place and a bit difficult to learn right off the bat. I was a bit confused on how to set goals at first even after being shown.
