Pros

I love that Design Files is so easy to use and does half of the work for you. I love that it keeps track of your budget, gives a professional look, and takes care of communicating with clients.
Overall there are enoug functions for us to create and manage clients. We have a “short” list of functionality we would love, but the service and ease of use for new for new designers is great.
I love how easy it is to use and the customer support is really good. I feel like the executive really cares about the designers and wants to do what she can to make our lives as easy as possible.

Cons

I was using Olioboard before DF and was devastated when I found out they were closing the site down. I was scared to make the switch and having to start all over.
No functionality to skew, distort or manipulate products onto the design page. Limited range of floorplan and colour to choose from.
The stuff designers hate to do but must understand. I have researched most, if not all interior design software extensively and still don't know one program that does it all.
