Easy organization of our projects. Easy time tracking and tracking who is working on what.Easy to check what I need at the time. Also like being able to easily move activities into different projects if set up incorrectly. The work we do has mainly the same activities for each project. With the batch operations, it's easy to set up multiple projects at one time as well as assign the same people to various activities. Searching for time spent on various activities within projects also is easy. I can see if too much time is being spent on an activity or easily catch any errors with time being billed twice. I like being able to move an activity into a different parent activity if it was set up incorrectly at the start. The time and cost gets moved over as well. Slick.

All conversations, assets and proofing is done in one easily accessible place. We can more easily assign team members, switch designers working on a project and freelance projects to outside designers.1. It's easily tweakable to fit our workflow. 2. We've had great, responsive customer service. 3. There's auto notifications to keep projects on track that can be set up according to the licensed user's preferences. 4. We can finally keep all conversations about projects in one place and they are archived to be reinitiated in the same way the next year. 5. It fit the budget well. It wasn't the most expensive nor the cheapest but had all of the options we were looking for in an online project management system-online proofing, forms that convert to projects, tweakable workflow, ability to have free guest users and automatic notifications.

We are an in-house CPG creative department of four. Easy Projects houses all of our creative projects/activities. The Creative team can see every project and its status at anytime. It also generates a resource report so see when my designers are over or under allocated I can make the necessary adjustments within the schedule to ensure the workload is at manageable level and adjusting schedules is easy and right at your fingertips. Easy projects holds all projects notes, so you don't have to go digging through emails. The upgrades to the system have been ongoing and great improvements but at a great price! The system is versatile and flexible to meet anyone's needs.

Increased Productivity and better full Project Management from my PM's. Raised awareness for Clients on Project Progress via the Email Notifications. It just needs to offer the Guest User the full Project and Gantt view as seen in the Activity center and this tool is unbeatable!The configurability and what is offered to the PM in functionality use. The Notifications are also great. The whole tool really offer exceled value for a PM. If the Project Plan and Gantt view as the PM sees it in the Activity Center could be offered to the Guest Users as well in a View Mode this would become the Ultimate PM tool, there just isn't another like it!

Executive Dashboards

Easy Projects gives managers the ability to quickly see the most important information at a glance. From a unified dashboard, managers can get a general understanding of whether their projects are on track to meet goals and deadlines. Dashboards are completely customizable.

Click onto the Executive Dashboard, then look under the “What’s new this week” heading to see a list of all tasks that have been posted to your project with upcoming deadlines. Then, scan over to the Earned Value Analysis chart for a quick update on the health of your project. This chart should give you a good idea of whether your project is at risk, just as the Resource Loading Chart will show your resource loading for the upcoming month.

Project Calendars

Deadlines matter in the scope of most projects, which is one of the reasons why Easy Projects has developed an integrated calendar that gives users a high-level overview of everything they have going on. From the calendar, you can see the health, status, and major milestones within all projects at your organization.

Keep your calendar organized by filtering the information by customers, portfolio, date range, or just about any other criteria. In addition to using your General Calendar to view the tasks, milestones, and events for your team and yourself, you can also use a Personal Planner to keep track of just your own schedule.

My Assignments

Easy Projects wasn’t designed for slackers. The project management’s My Assignments feature supports busy professionals by giving users the information they need to complete tasks with minimal distractions, and nothing more. Users can also share message histories and files they’re working on with their colleagues.

Click onto the “My Assignments” tab to see what you should be working on for the day. You can update the status of individual tasks as you progress throughout the day and record the time you spend on tasks for record keeping and billing purposes.

Resource Planning

Resource planning is of incredible importance to leaders at growing organizations. Easy Projects offers resource planning tools to help managers stay in control of their most valuable assets, which may include employees, equipment, or time. A Resource Loading Simulator can answer questions like “Who is available to work on this task two weeks from now?” and “Will an existing schedule be compromised if we take on an additional project?”

If you’re a manager, then you’ll want to review your Resource Loading Reports to see how much each of your employees has on his or her plate. Using this information, you can shift resources or move deadlines to avoid both the over and under-utilization of important members of your team.

Guest Portals

Not everyone needs complete access to a project in order to contribute. Clients, freelancers, and other stakeholders can view the status of certain projects in Easy Projects without seeing the type of day-to-day minutia that could be proprietary to the organization.

Setup guest accounts for your clients or collaborators from other departments at your company to let those users track projects through the Guest Portal. Using guest licenses, users can submit issues to your team. If you choose, they can also be notified when issues come up that require their attention. This is the ideal solution for customer approvals.


Organizations that adopt Easy Projects can import data directly from Excel or MS Project. They can use the API to integrate Easy Projects with existing systems or applications.

Easy Projects also integrates with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook.


Easy Projects offers hosted (SaaS) and in-house (on-premise) pricing. The cost of using the hosted version of Easy Projects is determined by the number of users and the specific features that an organization needs. A Pro plan costs $15.75 per user, per month, based on an annual plan. An Enterprise plan costs $18.75 per user, per month, based on an annual plan. Enterprise users have access to an unlimited number of portfolios and custom fields, while Pro users are limited to 60 and 200, respectively.

On-premise pricing starts at $189 per user, per year. An upgraded Enterprise plan is available for $225 per user, per year.
