Elapseit has been a fantastic tool for our company. As our needs have changed and expanded over the years, the tool and support has more than kept up to meet the challenges of fast-paced, growing business. Our primary point of contact has been an exceptional representative of Elapseit and has helped me and the company apply this tool in ways that meet our business needs.
It is very easy to use and although in some ways the tool is not specifically designed for how we use it, we have been able to easily apply the tool's functionality to our needs. The functionality of the tool is more dynamic than the cost-effective pricing would suggest. Additionally, the support we have received from the team is stellar, with fast turnarounds and exceptional quality on special reporting requests and needs. The ability to export data quickly and easily helps us to further analyze the data to meet our business reporting needs. Finally, the quality of the tool and support you receive is exceptional, especially given the pricing.
Overall, given the benefits of this tool, the following is more a wish list item. I would like to see it easier to manage the planned hours when resources have different allocations across phases of a project over time. That said, the tool accommodates this use case today, this feedback is more about optimal efficiency in the future.

Saving time and money!
A lot of customized reports which help our business, starting from the basic timesheet, list of our employee's time-off, billing, profitability, cost with our employees/contractors, revenue forecast, resources utilization and other. There is a link between resourcing planner, time-off, timesheet and invoicing. All these features are connected and save us a lot of time. For example: if you schedule...
It could be nice in the future to have a mobile app. Anyway the platform is responsive and some of our our employees submit from their mobile the hours.
