Pros

But one of the best parts of Favro is their responsive and intelligent customer service reps who are able to answer questions quickly and effectively.
I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system.

Pros

I find it very useful and helpful in keeping my work portals organized and accessible. There are a few small things I'd like tweaked or added but overall I enjoy having it.
Adore the integration with apps like WhatsApp, Slack and HootSuite--it's like having my very own personalized terminal with all of the solutions I need to get my work done efficiently.
Overall we're very happy with Shift and I can't see myself not using it. It's a simple but effective tool to consolidate your desktop and make you extremely focused on the important things.

Cons

Sometimes I have seen the app completely not working with some internal server error. It was really bad to see that.
Also, when a large number of subtasks appear, the workflow threatens to turn into chaos. Therefore, I believe that we need to add more structuring tools to the interface.
The mobile application seems a little uneasy to use, they should work on the mobile platform more for this product.

Cons

NOW, it does not work and locks up the application completely, to the point that I have no choice but to remove it from my shift.
My sole frustration with the software is the lack of expediency in addressing bugs.
Additionally, the slow opening, my inability to copy/paste with my mouse in Google Doc or Sheets is BEYOND frustrating.

Favro

I've been using Favro to coordinate across teams in three locations across two companies.

Very easy to use across multiple companies / teams across multiple sites.

Pros

Favro is relatively clean and easy to figure out for the basics. It's very easy to add, remove, and sort cards.

Cons

Lots of hidden features that make it hard to learn what to do. For example, if I move a card while holding down "shift" vs without holding down shift different things end up happening. And if I do this incorrectly, it is hard to know how to fix it. Also, if you archive a card by mistake, it is very hard to find that card ever again. It would be great to have a list of cards that I recently changed to address this.
