Pros
A great upgrade from what our company was initially using - easy and straight forward.
We have been able to do better resource allocation and better insights into how utilized our teams are.
Super responsive support team. Unlimited flexibility with all the features offered.
Pros
I like the ease of use with QC and it has end to end traceability. It is fast and reliable.
Rich UI with good user experience. Ease to track an application history.
The nice part is the responsive Web view of the HPE ALM which allows the tester or developer to just right click and perform the tasks.
Cons
The user interface is very poor, it's not intuitive as it should be.
This software can be very hard to use and to get the proper configurations unless you hire a specialist or have somebody with experience.
Worse part is I have to track the PM to tell them the situation in order have them help you.
Cons
In our company we use test case for run and defect.
That is the only feature that I find a little awkward to use.
There was some time lag in response. Desktop Client has some issue on windows platform.
