Pros

Its easy to use, it has a good layout and is clean. I also like the UI, it's not cluttered or over complicated.
I like the visual representation of projects and I have made it that each client is a different color which is so helpful. This rally helps my team understand what is going on and what is priority.
Float is helping us to understand better our resource management and the financial health of the projects. It helps us to decide which is the best team to work on which project.

Pros

If the software will not do what you want call them they can help.
Excellent scheduling tool that improves productivity.
If you could give the periodic upgrades free, would have been great.

Cons

I am not crazy about the graphic style of the calendar / schedule view. Hiding over the weekend it is difficult to see at a glance the separation between the various weeks.
Missing integration with slack and missing a dashboard.
So I have nothing to point out that is bad or buggy.

Cons

So far we have not had any issues or complaints with Snap Schedule 365 and will continue to use the software.
Snapschedule is somewhat difficult to read as all its characters are not divided by space, so identifying a particular unit is difficult.
After changing a shift I can no longer see what it used to be.
