Pros
Excellent messaging features, including practical things like tagging people, keyboard shortcuts, and inline attachment previews, as well as fun features like GIF's and Memes.
Customer service is great. I am very glad I switched to Ring Central, not only do I get better service but for a better price.
The thing that I like most about Glip is that it is super easy to use. I like that you can easily share files and that conversation history stays in the window at all times.
Pros
Ability to create excellent videos worthy of publishing on Facebook, Youtube, or LinkedIn without the need for a graphic arts education. Lots of great features and easy to pickup.
What I like the most about this software is that even though I have a problem with using this software, when I reached out to their customer service, surprisingly they are very helpful and friendly.
Overall, I like the software and would recommend it as long as you have someone who can dedicate the amount of time needed to create a good video.
Cons
I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten. WIth Glip, we are able to stay organized and communicate more effencently.
Unfortunately, there was so much introduced so quickly that Glip was pushed to the background and forgotten about. It’s easily forgettable and we moved on without it.
Slack would send you a magic link you tap to sign in. It's especially annoying, since I'm being logged out on my mobile app quite often.
Cons
Tried animaker on 4 different computers and It still lagged and skipped. I had to complete a project for a class for college and it took me hours because of the horrible software.
I tried communicating with the team because I was displeased with the service.
Sometimes you download your video and only then do you realize (too late) that those settings cause things to cut off. It's a huge disappointment for the money I spent.
