Glip is great for teams who have multiple projects they're working on, and need to collaborate remotely.
Pros
I love that I can create tasks, and chat directly on the task so all questions regarding that task is available at a click.
Cons
There are softwares better for task management - I don't love the interface for setting a project up.

One of the only software programs that allows you to send tasks to other team members
Pros
Lots of integrations
Cons
Does not allow you to search tasks which would help when trying to track down previous tasks or tasks that were assigned awhile back.

Pros
We found it great for small one-off projects that did not require a ton of back and forth, followups, benchmarks, etc.
Cons
Once we evolved projects into more long-term campaigns it quickly became difficult to keep track of everything within this tool.

Use it instead of slack
The mobile apps are quite limited and do not live up to what the Glip web app can accomplish.
Pros
Simple to use, yet very effective . Integrates effectively with a ton of other apps.
Cons
No Kanban view of tasks, sorting of tasks is a bit cumbersome and never extended to Mobile apps, which in my opinion look like an after thought

I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten.
Pros
We market 40+ events annually, and Glip has allowed us to organize each event marketing plan, assign team-specific tasks, and upload documents with ease so that everyone on the team is informed.
Cons
The task assignment feature has been vital to our team, but it does not have the option of changing the task progress.

Pros
Glip by RingCentral is truly a game changer in the project management software industry.
Cons
There is a small yet very noticeable bug in Glip regarding the percentage completion of tasks, where Glip will report, for example, 20% of 40% being completed, even though it's actually just 20% more of the task being completed compared to before.

Pros
Ability to have email notifications for a back up if something is missed.
Cons
Chat is great, but if someone needs to be removed from a group, you have to start a new one. Wish it was integrated into other programs I use as well rather than just a stand alone.

Overall a much better application than others, in my opinion, the tasks feature is amazing as is the giphy integration. It's easy to build and maintain teams and makes workplace IM'ing as fun as it is productive.
Pros
I love the ease of setup, mobile apps, and integration of checklist progress into tasks.
Cons
Glip is a nice tool in many ways because of the simplicity and Slack can get overbearing, but sometimes it's really nice to have all the options of Slack.

It is best for web dev companies but other companies that need a collaboration platform can use it too
Pros
We do not use this to its full advantage just yet, as it has great chat, file sharing, and task management uses, however we use it mostly for task management, and it has been a life saver.
Cons
However, with time it can be a huge assistance to any company.

An easy way to organize my tasks/schedule.
Pros
I love the fact that you can add tasks and assign them to yourself or coworkers and it cuts down on email.
Cons
It might be better if it wasn't it's own program and worked within Microsoft Outlook since it's likely that most customers use that for email.

Our day to day processes has been fast-tracked by Glip.
Pros
Well being able to jointly work on projects and files as a team without having to save and email then wait around for a reply, it is a no-brainer.
Cons
Cons are a tuff one the learning/just use it curve was on our end. Sometimes using something new is a tough thing to do, but once you do you ask yourself why didn't I do this sooner. That is the case with Glip. Just use it, you will be happy you did.
