Productivity increase, transparency around projects throughout the whole department, knowledge sharing, clear priorities and goals for the team.
This project management tool is very powerful, yet very easy to use, adoption is very quick, and the interface is very modern and intuitive. All features and customization capabilities any team would need in a project, task, and collaboration management tool without the high cost or lengthy implementation process.

I mane my personal home office computer and networking projects.
Online allways available. Possibility to customize it with great detail.
Sometimes when entering information on the fields the page stops accepting the text and we need to click again on the field to be able to continue writing. This is annoying.

It's overall experience is a average.
It's easy to use and much more functionality.
1) There is no functionality to export task list. 2) If any new notification then need to refresh page. 3) Sometimes i got could not connect to server.

In a company where lots of people work in smartworking it's very important can share the activity and know the status of each activity. For this reason, Goodday has all the tools to better manage the various tasks with the entire work team. Also the timespent's reports give a quick view of the effort of single resource for a task rather than a project
It's easy to manage the project and assign the tasks for each project. Then you can add the time spent for more users on the same task and this it means you have always the task under control both for the target and the cost.
Maybe it could be useful update the task via e-mail

I'm very happy with GoodDay. It's very transparent and doesn't have a lot of issues. The ones that come around are getting fixed after some time.
- Slick interface - Fast and responsive UI - Pretty intuitive UX - Mobile App is usable
- No Github integration - Some inconsistencies: - like Search field doesn't(didn't?) have an autocomplete in some of the tabs - No recursion in a task creation (there's no Subtask of a subtask. Is it by design?) - Sometimes I wish for some suggestion when I click on "+" to create an issue/bug/feature. It can and should give me some options like last or maybe even try to guess where this issue should go to in the Project - I would like make an integration myself but it seems like API is open only to Enterprise users

Is a great product, I bet anyone you recommend it will like it too. for a small or medium team its excelent.
The initial Dashboard! is great all you need to know to start your day, you can disconnect from work when you go home and the next day with the Dashboard get back in action fast as will show you all you need to start the day. The reports, are great, the workflows and tracking of tasks are very very good. You can assign a task to someone and see that he first need to get budget proveed by accounting and how much time took to get it so you know where and when the time is used, when someone assign a task to you, you can recruit others to help and it will show it was a team effort. very nice.
Not big bad so far, maybe no free option for teams under 25 members, but is't OK. teams with over 25 members can afford it. still I like it a lot.

GoodDay project management tool is easy to adopt , and it has very good dashboard and I can easily take report for each individual and their tasks. it allows to create tasks and assign to team and make easy to communicate to team. I can view my own tasks.I can feel one of the best alternative to JIRA.
Email notification could be better than the current format. and UI needs some more richness.
Hello Anil. Thank you for your feedback. Could you please share your ideas regarding Email notifications & UI improvements at our feedback portal at www.goodday.work/feedback . Thank you.

Report & Analitycs section is the best for us. We can do everything clearly and quickly
I don't like the UI - I suggest investing a bit of time to improve this aspect.

I've been using GoodDay for more than a year and it helped the company stay on track with all the projects and be more focused on the goals.
Easy to use, quick to learn, full of rich features. Amazing value, even when used with free license.
Real-time tracking would be amazing has a free option.

Good SaaS application
Nice online tool to work with. I can have have access to several projects under one hood & my client can have access too (or vice a versa). I just need to focus on My Work section for all my tasks & reports (for team). The thing that I most like is the custom fields which I mostly use for my team.
It took me some time to get them use to it, but that may be due to my team is a QA team & they haven't seen this king of software before.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! FAST and LIVE Human technical support.
- The simplicity of its user interface - Its very responsive (mobile friendly) website - The live presence of its Chat customer support almost everywhere on its website - Its Really responsive phone technical support ! Even if sometimes you have to wait a few minutes (from 5 to 30 mins) but you will always end u p to get a human technician to answer your question at the end - Its very inexpensive prices - Its Multiple Language customer service - Its Great reseller revenue deals
The long waiting line sometimes to get access to the phone or chat based technical support. Even if most of the times they can promote being one the fastest hosting companies out there in terms of support, but the reality is that once I even had to wait nearly one (1) hour before having a technician ending the music on the holding line.

As a business designer and senior project manager, it is the first software that I find oriented to the execution of projects, processes and tasks, with specific tools to measure results, efficiency and work productivity. It's the most versatile work management tool I've ever worked with
- Excellent virtual workplace with an amazing workdesk for each employee: they always know how their work is going and where they should focus their efforts, without having to move between apps - Software oriented to the EXECUTION of the work and the fulfillment of objectives - Allows working on projects, processes and tasks - It adapts to your way of working: lists, tables, gantt, kanban - Allows visibility, metrics and monitoring of individual, team and corporate work - Very easy to implement - I can have several companies
- Exporting and importing projects and tasks can be made easier - its not Multilanguaje - The mobile app can be better

We set the workflow of all marketing projects in our company.
What I like the most is that the logic of this tool is based on psychology. A big emphasis is given to accountability and the ways people can become motivated to work harder. For example, people can see who's responsible for the next step and what exactly should be done. You can see all your projects in one place and sort them by status, deadlines, members and so on. The tool gives you statistics and reports on each team member's productivity. You can check your company's overall productivity and results thanks to these smart reports.
It's not comfortable to use GoodDay via browser on mobile. But I don't know who needs it as you can download an application for Android or for iPhone.

We had a look at several project management tools in the past. We liked the ease of setup and the flexibility on each level of hierarchy in the project.
Works for all departments, unlimited levels and works with an easy API
In the past the support was difficult to reach, but this changed since a year.

Mainly recording and micro task to major task and task completion status and work efficiency of each team member
This product is highly useful for planners to register the task and task breakdown structures and have a much better review of task at various stages.
I am using this as a stand alone software so I am unable to comment on any feature I am not liking.

The Way the Architecture of the Task and Project Management has been designed is well suited for achieving the Best Result. This is helpful to see the clear Picture of the pending action, help required by Team and creating Report for the Management
The Task Search needs to be improved. The search should have options for a period, Type and Should display the result as a grid

I have been using this Goodday.work since many months. I am happy with it. It is simple and anyone can use it as the UI is very clutter free. The free version is very much helpful and most of the important feature.
Very simple to use. Not a lot of cluttering feature. The UI is good without lot of color etc.
The exporting can more advance like exporting tasks with similar task status is not available. It could have been better.

Managed tasks & good reporting
The best & simplest PM tool with very ease of handling tasks, issues & ideas. I like "Gantt Chart" feature the most.
A bit confusion on configuring at first glance, but after reading FAQs & help articles it was eased out.

After evaluating more than 12 project management tools we finally settled for GoodDay as it was the best from easy to use, easy to customize views based on individual's need. Also, for small company pricing is also important and we found that GoodDay pricing is very competitive.
Best thing is it provides different type of views for the same project information and it helps a lot in viewing project from different perspective. Goodday is designed by keeping very small but essential features in mind and that makes it very easy to use product. Very fast loading of tasks data, various type of reports are awesome. Task planning by manager on behalf of your team mates is superb feature. Many more excellent things are there compare to other project management tool.
Initially we tried free version and there are many paid features but unfortunately in order to try those paid features they don't have any trial period. It compulsory requires purchase of subscription to even see how are those features.

I recommend GD to people who need something more robust than the free tools out there, and want something that has a lot of features for a reasonable price.
GoodDay has great basic PM tools - Kanban board, Gantt charts, etc. It is flexible in its views, allowing me to bring to the front the features I am using. My company manages multiple projects, and GoodDay has become essential to our work flow. I really like the Action Required feature as different team members need to contribute to the accomplishment of various tasks. I also like the flexibility of designing my own task types to track the different types to things we work on.
Customer support and training have been weak. We have had to figure a lot of things out ourselves, and we find that onboarding new team members is slow because of the learning curve. It only has the most basic help function, and customer service has sometimes been unresponsive.

The product offers a wide range of features that are critical for a good management tool (in my vision). The fact that I can have Projects/Tasks management, Gantt view (for project-only or groups of projects), Workload view (for project-only or groups of projects) and Time Tracking on the same platform is amazing. I'm not aware of other tools that provide all of this with so ease of use as GoodDay. The pricing is also very accessible compared with other big tools on the market which also helps smaller companies to have complete solutions for their businesses.
With a wide range of features comes also some learning curve to adapt to all the new options. Having a background of usage for other management tools helps to speed up this learning curve, but it exists, as normal.

As the project manager, I felt I was flooded with too much information. Good Day provided a "storage container" for all this information and gets everyone on the team to be in better sync.
I liked that Good Day has a very functional feel to it - it is definitely not overly designed. You can view tasks in several different ways - default list, board, gantt, etc. Very handy. It's good both for (1) getting up and running quickly and (2) allows you to invest more time in order to tweak it for your own purposes. All is quite intuitive. Another big bonus is that you get most of most-needed functionality for free without a time limit and for up to 15 users. Also the paid version is very reasonably priced.
It has some bugs here and there. Nothing that made me turn away. The documentation is not completely up to date.

I've been using the GoodDay app for a few weeks now and I'm loving it. It offers a wide range of features and is incredibly easy to use. The only downside is the occasional slow response time and lack of intuitive navigation. Overall, I highly recommend GoodDay to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and comprehensive app.
I recently downloaded the GoodDay app and I'm really impressed. It's incredibly comprehensive, offering a wide range of features, and incredibly user-friendly. I love that I can easily keep track of my daily activities, set reminders, and even set goals. It's been a great help in organizing my life.
The only downside I've noticed so far is that the app is quite slow to respond at times. I also find that it can be quite difficult to find certain features, as the interface isn't always intuitive.
