Pros

It a very user friendly app, has many good options. When we started there werent as many options as there are now, but we havent had the time to look into the new option like we did in the beginning.
It is overall great, beneficial and a good investment for a company, and we wish to see more improvements in the future.
We love hubstaff and use it to manage staff and payroll. It's awesome and has great features.

Pros

The staff is great about helping with issues when you call in. They are friendly and quick.
This software is very easy to use and I love how integrated it is. It syncs with my Quickbooks and all my files are nice and organized.
You can access the system anywhere there is internet connection. Clearcare has excellent features and numerous reports to many to mention which can help you run your business effectively.

Cons

It's glitchy where if I change devices the timing is wrong and sometimes I worry if it will catch itself and revise so I always log in and then out again.
If it is used to punch in and the computer has a problem, it can be a hassle to log back in and enter your lost time.
The screenshot is vulnerable, as it contents some live online code and can be fatal in the wrong hand, I stopped using it. I need a tutorial to learn how to use report, which is a waste of my time.

Cons

It is especially frustrating when Clearcare keeps on apologizing but does not prorate the monthly bill for this huge inconvenience. I have complained to their management but they do not budge.
The real-time live view makes managing shifts easier. THe alerts for missed certifications and missed clockins also help us keep things from going wrong.
ClearCare has been aware of this since June, but they have not fixed the bug so we do not use the App. This bug was discovered when I had several clients complain about incorrect statements.
