Pros

It a very user friendly app, has many good options. When we started there werent as many options as there are now, but we havent had the time to look into the new option like we did in the beginning.
It is overall great, beneficial and a good investment for a company, and we wish to see more improvements in the future.
We love hubstaff and use it to manage staff and payroll. It's awesome and has great features.

Pros

The overall experience with Homebase has been very positive and it has great features even in the free version. We have saved time and money with Homebase.
The simplicity in this app is FANTASTIC. Everything is right where I need it, and it's comfortable to use.
I loved the scheduling features, the app integration was fantastic-- the group messaging feature was also great, because it allowed for different teams to work collaboratively.

Cons

It's glitchy where if I change devices the timing is wrong and sometimes I worry if it will catch itself and revise so I always log in and then out again.
If it is used to punch in and the computer has a problem, it can be a hassle to log back in and enter your lost time.
The screenshot is vulnerable, as it contents some live online code and can be fatal in the wrong hand, I stopped using it. I need a tutorial to learn how to use report, which is a waste of my time.

Cons

The whole point of this software is scheduling and it is absolutely terrible at it. It puts employees who aren't trained for the positions into those spots constantly.
It lets us talk to them just fine but its always about how they were scheduled wrong and have to constantly fix problems.
Which if I wanted to chat, I would have called or got on the auto-chat that pops up every time I log-in. It was annoying enough that I closed our account after a few days.

Pros

As a homebased employee, I had many jobs requiring tracker but this one is the best of all.

Cons

It needs improvement on the physical look.
