HyperSwiss overview

HyperSwiss is a cloud-based project management solution which offers Kanban project management tools for small and midsize businesses.

Users can create private projects in HyperSwiss, which belong to a single user, and team projects which include tools for managing users and groups. Each project has its own set of user permissions, with the owner controlling access to their project. Roles can be assigned to users and groups, allowing users to manage permissions individually or in bulk. Analytics are also available for each project, including burndown charts and cumulative flow diagrams, and graphs of user repartition, task distribution, and average lead and cycle times.

HyperSwiss allows users to visualize tasks for each project in multiple views, including Gantt charts, calendars, lists, and Kanban boards. In the board view, column backgrounds turn red when the task limit is reached, alerting users when too many tasks are in progress at one time. The calendar view displays tasks which have been assigned due dates, and the list view shows all tasks for a search with details of their swimlane, category, and column. Gantt charts can display all tasks for a specified project, or all projects, using their assigned start and end dates, with progression percentages displayed on each bar.

Benefits

HyperSwiss allows users to visualize tasks in multiple views, including Kanban boards, Gantt charts, lists, and calendars.

Private and team projects can be created, with different permissions controlled by the project owner, and assigned roles for individual users and groups to determine who is granted access.

iCal support allows users to import tasks from HyperSwiss into a range of calendar programs, including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, and more.

Each project in HyperSwiss is given its own analytics section where users can view a variety of reports covering task distribution, user repartition, cumulative flow diagrams, and more, in real-time.

Two factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled on a user-by-user basis, and a brute force protection system locks down user accounts after multiple authentication failures.
