I am keeping a track of all things I do and even set goals so that can close them one by one.
The clean interface and the ability to track down when I did what I did. Sometimes it feels good to go back and see what I did on a certain day 3 years ago :-)
The lack of a mobile app. Sometimes it helps to go to the mobile and type out something which I can't in this case.

It turned into a very useful habit, every day I actually look back on the day and think about what I did and how I did it. It also works as a personal journal, that let's me look back at what I got done on any given date.
Can't turn off daily digests, as an individual user (no team). No Android app (that I know of). The ToDo functionality I never got to use.

Good
Easy to enter daily log. The monthly calendar shows me how many days of the month I missed in a graphical form. I try to exercise every day but want to at least do 6 days a week. I've had a couple of perfect months so far.
I wish I could subscribe to it on my calendar app so I could easily see what I did for a given day.

Keeps me on track.
It's a consistent reminder to me to record my thoughts at day's end.
If I miss a day and then try to enter that day's thoughts on, for example, the following day, the day/date defaults to the current day/date rather than to the previous day/date. There are larger issues in the world but it is an irritation.

I love that with a single email I can keep track of everything I have done in the day and searching for something it's simple as putting a word or going to a specific date in the calendar online.
It's simple, the best thing and the most intriguing thing because any change would make it a bit better but would also be a con.

A simple service for everyone to plan and report their activities, without being naggy. A mail is sent everyday asking what was done, and you only need to reply; then, a digest containing all replies is sent to everyone in the team.
Daily automatic reminder and daily digest of the team activities
A bit pricey, specially for the plus and enterprise plans.

It is good to list what you have done at the end of a day. I am capturing all activities I can remember including private ones. It is the modern way of having a diary.
Daily remembers via email let me focus on what remember. If I do not remember much then maybe i have to change behavior next day

The ease of the daily email response system. Without that I probably wouldn't have stuck with it for so long.
I'm just a personal user and don't care about the team features so I wish I didn't have to see them. I understand that's the direction of the company though so it doesn't bother me too much.

I've used it for years as a quick and easy way to record time spent on various tasks/jobs. I don't need a complex timesheet app with loads of bells and whistles, so IDoneThis is perfect for me.
Really simple to use. The email prompt is a genius idea.
Calendar view for reviewing entries is not as easy to use as it might be.

I love the concept and it works great for us but customer support is nearly non existent.
We can easily search action taken for a client or case.
Often it feels like there are bugs and when it is not functioning it hinders our ability to work as a team and put our best foot forward for our clients.

So simple. I only use it via email. It is a good concept that helps me appreciate the fact that I do a lot in a day, even if it's not all work- or money-earning-related.
I can't get it to stop sending me a digest. All I want is the what did you get done today email -- not a digest.

Usefull to log your achievements and see progresses month after month
From 1 day to the other, you cannot access anymore to your data. You have to pay first to retrieve your data. CAUTION: They steal YOUR data!!! USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Multiple formats allow users to submit items "done" no matter where they are in the project via email and web. Very easy to use!
The email digests automatically stop if not opened after a period of a few days. This is inconvenient when taking an extended vacation or stepping away from email for a bit. I'm positive that I would be more comfortable referring if the site was called ididthis.com instead of idonethis.com

Easy tracking of a day's accomplishments with daily email reminders. Team features make it easy to keep track of a teams progress.
The lack of an android app to generate push notifications for daily reminders does make it harder to keep on top of updates.

I like the simplicity and the usefulness of the product. It is a feedback loop of creativity.
If there were a standalone app instead of a site, maybe that would increase ease of use through reminders directly to phone.

I could live without it
It allows me to track my daily activities for my boss
It's not user friendly and doesn't work all the time. Plus you don't get all the notifications when others are commenting or liking your activity.

Take a look at my PROs. Love this little tool.
I needed something to help me (1) keep track of what I needed to do and - more importantly - (2) remind myself of what I actually got done. This little tool makes it ridiculously easy to do both of those things. Very easy to use, very fast, and very helpful.
I'd like to be able to re-arrange the visual display of items.

I'm finding that often I did more than I thought in a day, and I find it extremely useful for billing. Better than my calendar.
I like that it automatically asks me to review the day and keep track of my tasks. Especially handy at billing time!
At first it was difficult to figure out how to pull up a month of Tones (for billing) but now that I've figured it out, all is well.

It's incredibly easy to use, just type into a field whatever it is you want to track. I use it to track everything from general work tasks to what season/episode of shows that I've watched in a given day. It helps me keep track of where I left off especially when I'm watching several shows at the same time (afaik, Netflix is the only service that gives you watch history). You can export your data into an Excel file and customize your notifications such as get weekly updates and/or daily reminders.
You can use hashtags to help organize for later searching/aggregating.
I don't have any complaints, actually! You get a lot with the free version.

I have a number of 'project' businesses which I need to keep tabs on and also schedule time to attend.
I liked that IDT created a space for me to record the achievements I had hit on a daily basis. It seemed to be a helpful tool. I probably did not explore IDT to its full potential. I'd encourage you to give it a go!
I found that IDT didn't give me the flexibility I have found with other apps. After I started to use IDT I found Wunderlist and from there I have moved to Todoist which I use in conjunction with Agenda on my MBP. This seems like my happy place.

Saves time..eliminates need for constant follow-up.
I Done This saves us time because we simply type in the tasks we have completed that day, eliminating the need for a meeting.
Would prefer to have some emojis added. I wish there were more cons I could add, but the software is good the way it is, so I don't have anything more to add.
