Slack integration is super convenient and works. The concept is sound, but the execution in the new version is not quite there.
Inability to select a date range across months. User interface for creating reports across teams is not usable.

The experience has been really good overall, it's helped increase our productivity and visibility of our various projects' progress. Love it!
This is a great modern way of tracking our team's progress in tasks & projects. Great productivity tool and affordable pricing.
I don't think there is anything we dislike about IDoneThis. It's all good, we will keep using it for sure!

Overall this software keeps me organized. It is very easy to use and stay of top of your to-do list.
I absolutely love checklists and this software did not disappoint. I can easily add to my list and check the items off as they are completed.
This software performs exactly as it was designed for and I have not noticed anything that needs to be improved upon.

At this point, I am tracking my own study habits as a language learner as a beta test. Next year, when I return to language coaching, I will get my students to use the software so I can monitor their study habits. That way, I can tweak their behavior in order to get better results.
It's very easy to use and provides the features that I need.
I don't have any gripes about the software

I really do love this app - it's easy to add accomplishments in, big or small, and it allows me a chance to reflect on my week. It also helps me create weekly and monthly reports, as I can scan through and pinpoint bigger achievements I'd like to manually add to my report. I also love the Slack integration. I don't even have to login to I Done This to add dones to my list!
There's have been bugs that have prevented us from logging dones. I think things look good now, but when they crop up, the team has to manually log their dones, and when it's back up, we have to backfill them. It's not ideal, but understandable as long as it's corrected quickly. :)

I believe I am having a good experience overall. However lacking of searching is a pain :)
I like IDoneThis because it's simple, elegant. Especially, it brings a new way of thinking. You know your result or your work instead of thinking about what you need to do.
I do not know how to search for entries in the past. Navigating through calendar is tedious. Perhaps, that becauses I am using free version.

Even those who are tech averse. I recommend highly.
I’d like the days to be more easily edited instead of having to toggle back to the calendar.

Kept me aware of what the team was doing.
It's super easy to add things into the list. I like the interface and visual look of it. idonethis is simple for everyone to see what's going on, but half my team hates using it because they think it wastes time to write down what they have done. Love the slack integration too.
That all it does is make a list. I was hoping for a little more functionality--but I guess that's the point of Idonethis right? I think it may be more of cultural shift versus what the software can do better.

Simple to perform the basic task of recording what you've done, easy to switch between dates, clear view of colleagues day
Lack of sharing, linking and flagging facilities which reduces the potential benefit of this as a commsvtool, makes it seem more like a means of supervision

I liked being able to see on a daily basis what our team was working on and completing. Was pretty easy to use.
Costs. The costs for what was offered was too much for a team of our size. There are much better tools that offer more options and features for much less money.

For anyone who wants to stay highly productive, an end-of-day review is important. And for so many people (like me) whose “to-do” list is never ending, it is critical for mental well-being. Idonethis.com is a unique reframing tool that gives me permission to rest and recharge.
I love the concept. This is a beautiful tool for anxiety management.

Motivation, organizing my daily tasks, organizing teamwork
I do most like the simplicity of the tool. Idonethis is a proof that powerfull tools don't neet to be complex.
Prices. In my eyes the rates are too high. Competetive solutions have more functionality, but lower prices.

I needed something easy for my team to jot down what they are working on, so ease of use is the best thing about this.
This isn't really a time tracking software, so I can't really complain - I wish there was a way to track time spent on a task though.

Fun to keep track of everything I've accomplished every week.
How easy it is, and how you can jump ahead in the calendar (my boss likes when we post all our accomplishments for the week only on the Fridays. Jumping ahead allows me to add throughout the week so I don't forget anything.)
How when you're typing something long, the beggining of the message disappears and you can't see it without having to arrow upwards.

- The CLI is awesome, easy to add tasks / goals - Task differentiation - between todo's / goals / blockers
- Comments should be more visible - More involvement of date will be better - Tagging of other users in comments

I use IDoneThis primarily for working w/ depression. Being able to see how much or little I did on one day is motivating, as well as it is very satisfying to put something down as done, much better than creating a list of things to do.
Easy to use, can access anywhere b/c via browser, sign-in via Google.
A lot of bugs, i.e. can’t switch b/w dates sometimes. Also, there isn’t an overall view of seeing your list, unless you export. Too simple for what it is, would really like app of some sort w/ more features, such as overall view, sub-dones, re-sort by oldest, alphabetical, etc.

Ability to get a read on what my team is doing and how busy people are so we can better allocate resources or reach out to those who are slow if we need help with something.
User friendly - like getting the daily updates on what the team is doing, especially as we move towards a fully-remote work culture.
Don't like that tasks that take multiple days don't show up on the daily email feed. We have reports or other tasks that may take several days to finish, but if they don't show up on the emails, it can sometimes appear as if the person doing that work isn't doing anything.

As said before, the two best things about IDoneThis hav been my employees' willingness to use it on a regular basis and the daily update email.
The two best things about IDoneThis have been 1.) My employees' willingness to use it on a regular basis, and 2.) The daily update email that includes all the information from what was accomplished the day before. Those two things alone make it worth the investment.
It's not cheap for what it accomplishes. For now, I'm willing to pay for it for the two pros I listed above; they're that important to me.

The simplicity and minimalism are what makes IDoneThis shine. Makes it easy to see past the nonessential and get to the work that needs to be done.
I love being able to review my projects and tasks and see when and where I have been most productive and where I haven’t. IDoneThis has a robust feature set and is a great way to keep multiple people on task and organized.
No complaints based on my current needs. The free version offers enough features to keep my productive.

it works for me. I have a job that is never finished, sometimes I ask myself: what do I do on a day; now i know :)
It is easier then write things on a paper and the reminder is also helping me a lot. I forget things sometime :)
it could be smoother. i also like todoist for tasks, the way you can add tasks, make a new one, it works way smoother. Idonethis looks a but slow and feels like it is heavy for the site to add something. I never use the extra options under the task by the way.

My team felt in love with this alternative to case management for tracking of post activities at desk Everything is basic which is sometimes the best choice (less is more) The app is badly needed. Happy to hear that something is coming
Super easy to use, friendly UI, customer service reliable even though the chat is not a chat
No systematic invoice when buying, I have to request it each time, for a B2B this is not good. We need an app to track on the go Integration in sfdc for metrics I want to have 2 to 3 customize able fields
