simple, easy to use, nice to be able to pull reports

would be nice to be able to create standardised pick lists for the team to use in order to make the process more efficient. Eg, our standard format for recording tasks is: "Name of requester" - "Role of Requester" - "Task". It would make it quicker if we could upload a list and pick from it the role and task in this scenario

I think the idea of IDoneThis is excellent and I love its simplicity. I've found it very helpful in keeping track of my projects and workflow.

The search function is crucial, but more often than not results in a red screen that says simply, "An error has occurred. We're sorry. An error has taken place while trying to respond to your request." I've experienced this error repeatedly over many weeks. Fix this and my review would be much more favourable.

It's so simple and intuitive. There are many other tools for tasks tracking, but they really overcomplicate it for me. + There are no ads and distructions!

Honestly, I like it all. Graphs/statitistics, On a different page, can be useful

It's an easy way to capture things that went on in a day. I use it a lot to look back and remember what I did on certain days.

It has limited flexibility when it comes to printing and finding things

I tend to forget what I've done on any given day; using this to keep track day to day gives me such a sense of accomplishment plus a hsistory to go back and review.

I've not experienced anything I don't like about this software...

I like that it forces me to pause and think about my day, about what I accomplished.

Data visualization isn't very meaningful. It would also help to have snippets that we could choose from or saved entries for things we regularly do.

It's easy to use. There's almost no learning curve. The email reminder feature is really great, you don't need the app open all the time, just read your emails. I like that you can add tasks and done status manually, and the communication with the team is really fast. The feature to reply the email reminders is great as well, so you don't have to open the app all the time.

The free trial is really short, I can't test the app in only three days. It's not affordable, I think it should be cheaper. The chrome extension is not updated at all. Some junk/spam mail after registration.

For my usage i don't have any cons sorry.

The API and command line utilities are really great.

I'd like them to merge my PRs and deploy a new ruby gem.

very limited features very limited in what you can edit default for adding a new item is "done" and not "to to" the reminder emails get annoying real fast and should be combined into 1 customer service is not great tried to use this with my team at work and they were sort of horrified by the name of the product

Easy to use, easy to integrate with my small team

Need ability to prioritize and sort my items. What about reoccurring items that I want to check off but not have disappear forever? Would love to have the ability to click on an item and have a secondary window with more info, collaboration tools, etc.

I tried tons of journaling apps, and IDoneThis is the only one that stood the test of time.

Honestly, I just like it the way it is.

I love that it is a catch-all bucket for me to keep track of what I do, and it makes it easy to review things that I did.

It can be hard to input things into it. I ended up using an Alfred workflow to quickly add things. It's hard to do it on mobile too.

It's a great idea to focus on accomplishments. I learned from doing this.

In the end I wasn't using it to full capacity. It was just a list for me. I think it's better for working in teams.

Its easy to use software, team just need to enter the logs and automatically result would be reports

Simple, minimalist looking app with collaboration in mind

No free tier, only a free trial. Had to justify switching to the software without the possibility of a free option.

Easy-to-use, no loading time, nothing else to comment so far.

Reporting needs additional sub-tasks such as separating text values to make it categorizable

It's simple and keeps me on track! It helps me to report what I've done on my performance review input for work.

Ridiculously over simple javascript web app that can easily be replaced with free tools like teams.
