Pros

The tool does what it is suppose to and we are happy with the results. The highlight for me however has been the truly amazing customer service.
I love the ease of tagging colleagues in projects and the ability to @mention someone for immediate feedback.
The customer service and technical support have been very helpful at resolving issues, guiding us through any snags and updates are always improving the functionality.

Pros

Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.

Cons

The only downside is the need to submit a service ticket when adding or changing request forms. Having more autonomy over this feature has been requested.
The only thing I don't like about Ignite (and I've heard this complaint from a number of sales reps) is not being able to review a proof using a cell phone.
It's hard to do so in IMN from what we have experienced. We also deal with large files that IMN cannot handle.

Cons

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
