Pros

Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good.
Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.
Technical support has been quick and friendly. In summary: it's a quality product that does what it sets out to do well.

Pros

The transition to Boomr was incredibly easy. The customer support team is fantastic and they are incredibly responsive and willing to find a resolution to any issues we have.
It’s an easy and comprehensive way to track time - especially when you have lots of employees with different shifts - and it integrates with QuickBooks which was great for us.
Boomr has been the perfect solution for time keeping for a small business like ours that has employees in multiple locations.

Cons

Intervals introduces new features every quarter or so one of the latest is adding files through drag and drop. The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often.
We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.
The main weak point for us is not having the choice of unit of measure for times. Actually we base our proposals and contracts on days, not on hours.

Cons

Ll just say that we disliked it so much that, even though the sales person talked us into signing up for a year in advance, we still switched to TSheets about 3 months after we started using Boomr.
Sometimes the software bugs out and deletes a shift or will keep you clocked in for 24 hours. It also only shows gross pay.
I had to request the correction from my manager. The app would crash sometimes, or put me on break when I hadnt requested that.
