Pros

Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good.
Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.
Technical support has been quick and friendly. In summary: it's a quality product that does what it sets out to do well.

Pros

I like that all of the jobs are reliable and the process of finding jobs that are great for you is easy and straightforward. A very professional service.
Hubstaff support is always helpful and quick to respond. We have had pretty good success with Hubstaff and their integration support.
We love hubstaff and use it to manage staff and payroll. It's awesome and has great features.

Cons

Intervals introduces new features every quarter or so one of the latest is adding files through drag and drop. The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often.
The main weak point for us is not having the choice of unit of measure for times. Actually we base our proposals and contracts on days, not on hours.
We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.

Cons

It ends up being distracting and fosters an unhealthy urgency mindset. If you forget to switch time between projects, it can be confusing to redistribute it.
The screenshot is vulnerable, as it contents some live online code and can be fatal in the wrong hand, I stopped using it. I need a tutorial to learn how to use report, which is a waste of my time.
If it is used to punch in and the computer has a problem, it can be a hassle to log back in and enter your lost time.

Pros

-Very easy to use software -Clean interface -It is free (at least when I used it) -It woked without problems

Cons

-when I used it, it didn't have screenshots funcionality, like saving screenshots from specific dates, set interval of screenshots.etc

Monitor Employee's Time to Time performance.

Pros

The interval-based screenshot capture feature combined with the intuitive activity level really helps us in determining whether an employee is being productive or not in realtime.

Cons

The cost for where our company resides can be quite in the high tier, thus we cannot afford to use the premium subscription one (currently on the standard subscription)
