Pros

Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good.
The Intervals team listens when we ask for specific features, and updates the software to make it better and better. I love how easy it is to use and to keep track of our projects and tasks.
Its giving you a chance to try the software before buying it, which is very smart because you will like the software and will ending buying it.

Pros

Simplicity user friendly admin friendly feature management is nice. Easy reporting system and approval mechnism.
Xishan is a great person to have working at LiveTecs. Thank you to Xishan and LiveTecs for making your product such a success.
We have had some minor issues and questions and support has done an outstanding job getting those fixed and answering our questions. Very quick too which is a good surprise.

Cons

Intervals introduces new features every quarter or so one of the latest is adding files through drag and drop. The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often.
We previously had a system that no one (including me) used because it was not at all intuitive and was a poor fit with what we needed.
We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.

Cons

So far I have requested two customizations are the answers I am having is that there are no resources available. We stated that we are going to pay for these customizations.
More Videos and Documentation - Don't like the layout of it - Seems terrible.
Some time some bugs occurs which and add wrong entires in system. One of bug in system is selecting currency when creating task which is by default set to default currency set in the admin option.
