Pros

Quick & easy to understand- very intuitive. Quickbase support- Their Customer Care team is outstanding and there's a wealth of information available through the webinars, help, knowledge base etc.
If you looking for a solution that gives you a flexible solution that you can develop your own solution and at a cost effective price, it's worth taking Quickbase for a spin.
Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.

Pros

With this system part tracking and labor tracking is a huge plus. The overall ease of use is the by far the best part.
Also the customer service. The team at iM3 is very responsive and takes care of issues immediately to get our teams the solutions they need.
It puts the information needed at your finger tips. The software helps streamline tasks that used to take a lot of time to accomplish.

Cons

You can manipulate security access and such, but if someone makes a wrong move and deletes a profile (or worse, a FIELD), you're in trouble. ALL of that data will be lost if that happens.
Inability to take more the three attachments for a particular project seems space limiting for larger endeavors.
The filters in the CRM can get confusing at times.

Cons

The SRTs needs to be updated. The inconsistency of being able to use all of the features hurts the software.
In the beginning the weak link in the program was the report generation. By working with IM3 customized reports are being developed as our needs change.
It can be difficult to get implemented to a group of users from older software.
