You really have to commit to using this product from the get-go, I do not believe you can afford to dabble with it, you have to jump in feet first and immerse yourself until you fully understand and appreciate its nuances.
Harry, thank you so much for your review.
It's always great working with a customer who has used PM systems before and understands some of the inflexibility around those traditional systems. It's also extra good when we work with a customer who has been struggling with manual systems (spreadsheets) and understands the risks and challenges that go along with that.
Working with you particularly, has also highlighted again how important it is to have someone within the implementation team who understands why a formal system is important and takes ownership to blend the new system into the business.
All the best
With IPM being installed as a plugin/extension of MS CRM, an organization can quickly leverage the functionality IPM delivers, but make necessary adjustments like simple label changes, add a field to one of the existing IPM records, or develop a brand new entity to address a need that is unique to a business. Third, reporting and integration to and from IPM is easy.
Automated workflows defined by the customer - automate business processes such as emailing reminders to parties that their RFI is due or insurance certificate is expiring, or moving an issue to RFI to Change Request to Change Order.
Thanks so much for your review.
It is good to see you highlight one of the major differentiators between IPM and most other PM systems - the Outlook integration. We all know how much gets done by email and how important it is to have a formal tool that works with you, rather than you having to move outside your workspace to use it.
It’s very useful in planning and implementing projects, it has made my job easier and simpler
I didn’t quite get the hang of it easily. It’s a bit complicated to use especially to someone who’s not used to such or similar softwares
Time used: Less than 6 months

Thanks for the review, unfortunately without a name it is difficult to know who has left the review. It is important to note that IPM is a comprehensive Project Management system and is designed to be implemented formally together with appropriate configuration and training.
The system is accessible from anywhere with web login and mobile phone access as well, although I find the app hard to use on my android phone.
Thanks for your review Brian, it's always a challenge moving from a largely manual system to an automated system, but we are pleased that you are finding it has been worth the transition.
All the best
Pros - fits between Estimating and Accounting giving us Doc Control, Cost Control Budget Management, Document Distribution - everything we were doing before on multiple systems including Excel, Word, Dropbox, Sharepoint etc.
