Pros

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.

Pros

Helps manage projects, organize conversations and great for remote brainstorming. My team loves to use it and I have a clear view of the progress of any project in real time.
Really enjoyed how there was a free service with great storage out there for people who needed to transfer stuff from one person to the other. Binfire has made this possible for many peopl.
It is really amazing and beneficiary software for managing the project. There are many feature is very helpful for Inbound Mantra team to manage the time.

Cons

It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.

Cons

I tried quite a handful of tools, from Asana to Trello and others. Quite frustrating to see some features in each but not a whole ecosystem to properly serve distributed project management.
It cannot be used whilst on the go. You are quite limited in terms of what other software applications it will interact with.
We can say that the data is something not well analysed.
