Complex suite for managing software.

Reviewed 5 years ago

Very complex tool with many ways to use, view and manage development tickets. While there are other solutions out there that are free and offer unique functionality, JIRA maintains the best support and feature set.

Pros

When everyone agrees on how to use JIRA, it can really streamline the production process. You're able to organize feature requests and bugs into different stories, so that you can prioritize and keep your app moving forward!

Cons

It is possible for some tickets to get forgotten about. The product manager needs to be on top of all the requests under them to make sure nothing gets swept under the rug. Wish there was a better way to manage customer feedback together with internal bug requests.

Streamline project management and issue tracking with Jira

Reviewed 4 months ago
Pros

Jira offers customized workflows, seamless issue tracking, extensive integration capabilities, and a wide range of features to streamline project management

Cons

Dashboards can be made better. Also, the learning curve is longer for the administrator.
