Clear visibility on my assigned tasks... very simple.
Clear way of assigning work items... Dashboard, My Work & kanban board are few of my favorite features.
Lack of short keys... Faced some issues & difficulties while using the application just through keyboard... so mouse is a must.

Structured project management. Reported time for the tasks allotted. Action required feature is of great help. Great value for money with many advanced features.
Task allocation Team management Great views with the productivity of a team/project. The Kanban type task Management helps in Planning for the activities for oneself and the Team.
Time is tracked by guesstimate. The estimated time becomes null once the actual time is reported to a task. This is a very ineffective way of tracking time. Please add a different field for the estimated time without nullifying the value.

I've tested Jira, MeisterTask, Asana, Basecamp, Podio, Trello, Freecamp and many others, Goodday is by far the easiest to use, is ultra fast and provides many customisations options from scrum, kanban, task prioritization, etc. It adapts to your working style.
Goodday is ultra fast, the interface updates instantly so you can move on to the next task. There are so MANY customisation options that you can configure the tool to your working habits and flow, instead of the other way around.
Lefthand navigation menu can be a bit cluttered but that's of my own doing as I added too many options myself. Again this can be configure to display less or more items.

just at the beginning ...unfortunately it takes time here to to set it up and, organize it and make the most of it
planning and keeping your activities up to date often becomes a job itself. hence the need to be supported by something simple, flexible, fast. among all those taken into account to date GoodDay is the software that most convinced me. gannt view, kanban, my work... projects view... all immediate and quick tools to organize. such as data entry.
one thing I find very useful are the diagrams and the possibility of having them integrated, as an additional view. It could be interesting. Enter data and points from a diagram and then translate them into tags, gannt view, kanban...

My overall experience with GoodDay software has been positive. The software is easy to use, intuitive and feature rich. It's helped me to better manage my day-to-day tasks and prioritize my workload in a more efficient manner. I've also been able to quickly and easily update my calendar with meetings and tasks, as well as receive notifications when tasks are due or when I need to complete them. I would definitely recommend GoodDay software to anyone looking to streamline their daily tasks.
With GoodDay, you can easily assign and manage tasks, track progress, store files, and communicate with team members in one place. With powerful features such as Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and real-time reporting, GoodDay helps you stay on top of projects and keep everyone on the same page.
Software can be expensive to purchase and maintain, especially for a small business.

Daily Planning of activities helps me to stay focused
The Report which is generated for each project Level and then organisation level gives a quick Insight about the Progress of the Organisation. Further, the Kanban type task Management helps in Planning for the activities for oneself and the Team. This really helps for performing the task at various Level.
The Reports which are exported does not give the customised field created by me. This leads to additional work on reports to be done

Watching the Progress of the Projects helps to achieve a satisfactory Workday!
The kanban type daily work management gives a good control on the Projects and the gives insight on the Progress of the Team. The process of assigning task Helps the team to clear the work and move forward for action to the other team member. As claimed by Good Day team, this helps to identify the bottlenecks in the Process and identify the same.
The task which is exported to excel is not for any specific period and hence a lot of work needs to be done

Excellent and simple to use Tool. Definitely a must use tool for project companies.
a. Simple to Implement b. Easy to train the team c. Excellent stater for a small team size which can be scaled anytime
- A contract management for customers will good to have. - Also sometimes we need to track available support hours for the customer, so auto debit from the hours will be great. - Customer acceptance of tasks can be a good feature.

As a business designer and senior project manager, it is the first software that I find oriented to the execution of projects, processes and tasks, with specific tools to measure results, efficiency and work productivity. It's the most versatile work management tool I've ever worked with
- Excellent virtual workplace with an amazing workdesk for each employee: they always know how their work is going and where they should focus their efforts, without having to move between apps - Software oriented to the EXECUTION of the work and the fulfillment of objectives - Allows working on projects, processes and tasks - It adapts to your way of working: lists, tables, gantt, kanban - Allows visibility, metrics and monitoring of individual, team and corporate work - Very easy to implement - I can have several companies
- Exporting and importing projects and tasks can be made easier - its not Multilanguaje - The mobile app can be better

I recommend GD to people who need something more robust than the free tools out there, and want something that has a lot of features for a reasonable price.
GoodDay has great basic PM tools - Kanban board, Gantt charts, etc. It is flexible in its views, allowing me to bring to the front the features I am using. My company manages multiple projects, and GoodDay has become essential to our work flow. I really like the Action Required feature as different team members need to contribute to the accomplishment of various tasks. I also like the flexibility of designing my own task types to track the different types to things we work on.
Customer support and training have been weak. We have had to figure a lot of things out ourselves, and we find that onboarding new team members is slow because of the learning curve. It only has the most basic help function, and customer service has sometimes been unresponsive.

Productivity increase, transparency around projects throughout the whole department, knowledge sharing, clear priorities and goals for the team.
This project management tool is very powerful, yet very easy to use, adoption is very quick, and the interface is very modern and intuitive. All features and customization capabilities any team would need in a project, task, and collaboration management tool without the high cost or lengthy implementation process.

Managed tasks & good reporting
The best & simplest PM tool with very ease of handling tasks, issues & ideas. I like "Gantt Chart" feature the most.
A bit confusion on configuring at first glance, but after reading FAQs & help articles it was eased out.

Overall, it is a good product that I like the interface and easy to use.
It is an excellent project management tool where you can do user-friendly customization with very good pricing planning. Functional and easy.
It could be better with real time tracking. Other than that, I like it a lot.

Excellent
GoodDay is a comprehensive PM tool with time tracking and other features we need. We have been using the free version for over a year now and it does all we need.
It was a bit difficult to get started as we could not import any of our data and the learning curve is a little tricky.

I like very much. And it seems to me that it has an affordable price.
I used this tool during the trial period and I liked it a lot. Their appearance and functions are endless and varied and what I like most is that they are always updating the software.
I don't like GoodDay in my mobile browser. But it is irrelevant because you have an app available for Iphone or Android.

Everything about the tool is positive. The best pros are 1. It has got the fastest User Interface among any SaaS tools. 2. Highly customizable fields help us to create a customized dashboard for different requirements.
The chat feature can be improved. Sometimes we don't get a notification if someone sends a message. This is not my major concern because we extensively use Slack for chat communications.

We set the workflow of all marketing projects in our company.
What I like the most is that the logic of this tool is based on psychology. A big emphasis is given to accountability and the ways people can become motivated to work harder. For example, people can see who's responsible for the next step and what exactly should be done. You can see all your projects in one place and sort them by status, deadlines, members and so on. The tool gives you statistics and reports on each team member's productivity. You can check your company's overall productivity and results thanks to these smart reports.
It's not comfortable to use GoodDay via browser on mobile. But I don't know who needs it as you can download an application for Android or for iPhone.

1. Very Easy to use & Setup 2. Integration with other Business tool used in the organization 3. Various level of Project Hierarchy, task & sub-task support 4. Free for small team, with almost all the required features enabled 5. Good Control, Tracking & Scheduling of Project Tasks & Sub Task 6. Everything at one place, right from documents to comments.
1. The Interface is not very Intuitive, it could be made more vibrant as many other tools in market 2. No time tracking option for tasks 3. Mobile App needs lot of improvements.

GoodDay project management tool is easy to adopt , and it has very good dashboard and I can easily take report for each individual and their tasks. it allows to create tasks and assign to team and make easy to communicate to team. I can view my own tasks.I can feel one of the best alternative to JIRA.
Email notification could be better than the current format. and UI needs some more richness.

Good SaaS application
Nice online tool to work with. I can have have access to several projects under one hood & my client can have access too (or vice a versa). I just need to focus on My Work section for all my tasks & reports (for team). The thing that I most like is the custom fields which I mostly use for my team.
It took me some time to get them use to it, but that may be due to my team is a QA team & they haven't seen this king of software before.

After evaluating more than 12 project management tools we finally settled for GoodDay as it was the best from easy to use, easy to customize views based on individual's need. Also, for small company pricing is also important and we found that GoodDay pricing is very competitive.
Best thing is it provides different type of views for the same project information and it helps a lot in viewing project from different perspective. Goodday is designed by keeping very small but essential features in mind and that makes it very easy to use product. Very fast loading of tasks data, various type of reports are awesome. Task planning by manager on behalf of your team mates is superb feature. Many more excellent things are there compare to other project management tool.
Initially we tried free version and there are many paid features but unfortunately in order to try those paid features they don't have any trial period. It compulsory requires purchase of subscription to even see how are those features.

The product offers a wide range of features that are critical for a good management tool (in my vision). The fact that I can have Projects/Tasks management, Gantt view (for project-only or groups of projects), Workload view (for project-only or groups of projects) and Time Tracking on the same platform is amazing. I'm not aware of other tools that provide all of this with so ease of use as GoodDay. The pricing is also very accessible compared with other big tools on the market which also helps smaller companies to have complete solutions for their businesses.
With a wide range of features comes also some learning curve to adapt to all the new options. Having a background of usage for other management tools helps to speed up this learning curve, but it exists, as normal.
