Pros

Intuitive and easy to use if you already used any kanban tools like Trello and similars. It has metrics, which are good to verify your team's progress.
It improved the daily activities of the team by giving a clear vision of what it has to be done and where we should improve.
This kanban solution is extremely powerful due to the simple intuitive interface design and the ability to quickly customize it to your work. It has a rich set of features and powerful integration.

Pros

It is wonderful the system of assignment of tasks and notifications that allows to always take the project to the day and with the priorities to solve.
It is a designer and programmer friendly tool where it's easy to collaborate without any noticeable hassles.
M very happy working with Backlog tool. Email notifications are insanely useful for tracking changes.

Cons

Kanbanize only causing problems as it doesn't interface to our existing systems. It's another egocentric software tool that does not collaborate with other software tools.
Kanbanize is very feature rich. When users initially get on the platform, they can suffer some intimidation.
The login and application access is then in HTTP/S so there is no real security threat. Integrations is an area where the team should invest in, only Zapier and Trello are supported.

Cons

I find it frustrating to changing Status only after creating the task.
The only thing that I would say that's negative is that it runs slow at times but I believe that's a result of our environment.
Nothing comes to mind at the moment as something to dislike.

Kanbanize

Great for a manager point of view

We're using to coordinate the tasks in a 20 people team, with 6 sub teams with different expertises (Development, UX, SEO, SEM, CRM, Content). We start 3 weeks ago and we could already identify our bottlenecks.

Pros

The most interesting feature for my use, as a manager is the broad view, for many boards, simultaneously. This helps identifying bottlenecks and the flow of value.

Prioritization of backlog is a not an easy task, as
