Pros

The software is easy to implement and adapt. It ahs excellent visualization capabilities and supreme analytics.
The team at Kanbanize is very knowledgeable and responsive. They do a very good job of receiving feedback from all partners and users of the application and constantly improve the application.
I most like its ease of use; breadth of features; analytics; portfolio kanban; regular improvements; excellent support; integration capabilities.

Pros

On this application I like the fact that it is very easy to create lists of tasks, and to follow the progress of our project. The multi-project view is also a big advantage over these competitors.
I use the business version but this is super easy to invite people to collaborate on a project even if they want to use only the free version.
Very fast and easy to use from the smartphone for a quick check. Nice design and rich fontions from the webapp for business purpose.

Cons

Missing some integrations (mail clients, ifttt, integromat...).
As I work in an environment with more than 50 Kanbanize users, and we create separated pages by department, I sometimes waste a little time (5 to 10 minutes) to find the card.
Learning curve can be intimidating given the amount of options and customization. UI can be somewhat unintuitive at times.

Cons

On the downside, I am disappointed with the support and I know there must be a way to configure the page text to always be in English and not the default French.
No possibility to work offline (when in a plane for example). No when or who view on mobile.
The other problem is BeesBusy does not provide a way to use your own subdomain, like [SENSITIVE CONTENT.
