Pros

Easy to use, good loading times, simple but effective design, great reporting capabilities.
I really love the ease of tracking time and the multiple options you have as a user of the system. The system is intuitive and there are great resources for reporting.
Our team is so happy to have made the switch to Mavenlink. The sales and support team have been outstanding.

Pros

I like how Forecast is intuitive, fast and most importantly, fun to use. When completing tasks, you get an avatar popping up telling you great job which is fund.
As an engineer there is nothing more rewarding than tracking my time. Forecast allows me to do that in a fun and easy way.
I like that it is very easy to use and has helped me to organize better my time and have knowledge of where my hours are being allocated.

Cons

We basically had to figure it out on our own. THe "integrations" through thier integration tool are very poorly built and the tool is terrible.
Many ways to do similar things and often so many features you’re unaware of. I find it is intimidating for new users and not as intuitive as other products.
Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, no other application sends me so much email. The color scheme is also boring.

Cons

Not usable on mobile devices, and disappointed by the aggressive upselling and hidden cancellation terms.
The website is virtually unusable for anyone who is visually impaired and uses screen reading software. There is little to no keyboard access and the site does not follow accessibility standards.
I think the feature that is missing the most is being able to see on the scheduler that the resource was already allocated with tasks in the projects.

We are able to forecast and utilize our team's time in one place that everyone has access to. It helps us to have a single place to find jobs, tasks, projects, and track our hours.

Pros

Ability to track hours, tasks, and projects at a high-level view. I like how this tool helps our team on track and on the task in our virtual environment.

Cons

Downtime, site errors, slow load times and site crashing

Mavenlink Helped Define Processes for our Strategic Consulting team

The Mavenlink application is good for project that have a definitive tasks that are use repetitively. The Add-on Insights reporting tool is a good addition to the standard reporting tool that the application come with that help further dissect and analysis the data to help us forecast and understand what activities our consultants are working on in a real-time basis.

Pros

A Clean UI interface with reporting capability are the two key factors why we chosen Mavenlink over other competitor.

Cons

It appears that Mavenlink need custom development to integrate with other system (Expense System), there are no existing adaptor/plug-in that can perform the task.

I solved my worries with this software by forecasting. I realized that planning ahead minimizes risk making way to a more profitable business.

Pros

When I integrated it to my business, it was easy. It is also easy to use. The features that I find most impactful are the resource management, resource planning and forecasting. With the forecast feature, I can plan for the next month's possible performance as well as even the following year. Using the full suite of forecasting tools to maximize is my secret for future-readiness. I just like to manage and plan effectively that's why I use this software.

Cons

I liked the software but I think it can be improved with the color scheme. Maybe try to develop a dark mode or something. I mostly work at night and I prefer to see a contrast in when I'm on screen. I do that in some of my apps.
