Pros

We save time and gain efficiency and clarity with Karbon. The integration with Practice Ignition has been great as well.
Its better than its competitors. Great customer support - online support is super quick.
Karbon is right at the top - best software available - permanently developing and adding features - super support.

Pros

Users are well supported by the staff who are passionate about their product, something that gives confidence about how it will continue to improve and evolve as it continues to grow.
As operations manager, I have been able to gain a much better understanding of what my customers do, what they like, what they don´t, and better ways to serve them quickly and efficiently.
Our clients were immediately impressed with our white label. We love it when any tool we use instills confidence in our clients to do business with us.

Cons

The "clunkyness" of this softwares use can be annoying at first. I am slightly unhappy with the lack of reports of all jobs and tasks in one place.
Karbon is still missing some basic email functions that can prove frustrating and mean you still need to occasionally switch back to Gmail to get something setup.
Not being able to integrate with my Calendar, thus I still need to open Outlook daily. Inability for my delegates of my Mailbox to have access in Karbon.

Cons

The e-signature functions look so ugly, are not very customizable, and are limited with source documents. Seems a little behind the curve with integrations to other systems & platforms.
However I understand how difficult this must be with all the features they offer. Also the contract generation process is a little confusing and not flexible enough.
Also the limitation on integration to only Quickbooks accounting software is a bit of a downside as those based in Australia and New Zealand mostly uses Xero as their accounting software.
