Pros

Experience has been good. The customer service is responsive and determined to find the answers.
I love how easy this software is to use and how organized everything is. Nothing falls through the cracks, I LOVE how organized LP is.
The best part of the software is that it provide you best idea for best product.

Pros

Use Teamwork every day and great task management software and absolutely love it and make constant updates to improve the experience. A good place to document everything.
From the sales team to technical support, the responsiveness and dedication from the crew at Teamwork has been fantastic.
I have been using TeamWork for 6 years now, I am very happy with it, and new useful features are always being added, making the tool more and more helpful and efficient.

Cons

It can become difficult to manage a work space with many projects (50+). Details can get lost and it can be overwhelming to users.
Details may be lost, and customers may find it difficult. Our team was looking for a tool to integrate with our current tools for development.
I found some of the screens such as "My Work" rather constrained.

Cons

Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
In order for a task to be sent to billing it has to have hours attached. This is a pain if you have no hours but do have materials.
We do struggle to get reports out of the system in an automated or less manual way, particularly the billing side of the system.

LiquidPlanner

LiquidPlanner has aging visuals, but fantastic task prioritization features for mid-sized teams.

We moved to LiquidPlanner from Teamwork Projects after a few months of developers being overloaded with work due to lack of visibility for priorities and already assigned work. LiquidPlanner has allowed us to bring in more project managers and have more ongoing projects while keeping visibility of when we can tackle those projects in house or if we should bring in help or change our timelines.

Pros

The resource management options and "smart scheduling" options are great for project managers and developers who need a quick overview of priorities.

Cons

The interface is very dated (don't trust the nifty little animations on their website, this tool looks and feels old). However, it's still very useful.
