Pros

Fantastic program , help to manage , to be improved the user manual to be updated and easy to understand.
Project and task assignment is easy. The ability to configure MPro is the best benefit.
Highly powerful, very customizable program with awesome sales support. In fact one of their support team who I had been dealing with, went so far as to respond to me from her vacation in Hawaii.

Pros

I am extremely happy with Clearview Infocus. They have been amazing in their customer service department and help when I need it with trouble shooting.
Clearview Team is fantastic. Best project management/accounting decision we made when we converted to Infocus.
This product has many bells and whistles. The integration between the opportunity (marketing) through proposal to accounting is pretty good.

Cons

Those who were skeptical at the start became believers. Many things went wrong - late deliveries of materials, slow permit approvals, and on and on.
I have been through a bunch of them (I won't name them here) but I go back to the '80's with these kinds of PIMs and this one has put them all to shame.
But there will be missing features for lower-level detailed planners acculturated to MS Project.

Cons

It is difficult to type in a job code without getting some type of error- especially if you are unsure of how many tiers or sub-categories there are.
There are a few consistency issues between the applets that are annoying at times.
Having it the same color as the live version can make it a bit confusing when training others.
