It is simple to manage projects and resources with Milient.Again,it is simple to track time or rather hours spent on projects with Milient.It's a reliable tool for resource planning.

Tool is very helpful for me to manage business process as well as business portfolio and deliver best services to the clients in very small time. It helps in improving client trust and relationship. Dashboard gives all necessary information related to management and integration is also very easy.

milient gathers all project management tools like resource management, which has helped us on planning new projects on how long the project will take and how the resources will be distributed, and give us an over view of the capacity in our copmany. also love the flexible time reporting on both clients and projects, which helps us keep time, and proper managing our marketing department hence improving our sales
have not gotten any bad experiences using this software for the time being, just love every feature on this software

the project management tool gathers all project functions in the system in our company so that i can get an over view of the progress of all projects which has helped me asses the projects on time and spend less time on administrative work and focus on other services like our customers, has greater flexibility with all different types of workflow being entered to one similar system
the mobile application does not have some of the features, which limits some activities incase am not in office with the laptop, which some times affects my activities

One of the most important characteristics of this software is its ability to generate proposals. You can use this tool to create highly professional proposals and submit them to clients straight through their portal.
The software will feature pre-designed terms and conditions templates. Furthermore, adding CC recipients might be time-consuming because email IDs must be manually input each time. Proposal options will be accessible immediately from the proposal screen to simplify the process.

Our design group frequently collaborates with other groups. Each group operates differently from the others in terms of structure, organization, and workflow. With Milient, we can easily apply our procedures across all of these platforms and provide work in an automated, streamlined fashion.
The platform's ability to seamlessly integrate these functions has greatly facilitated my ability to handle many projects, coordinate with colleagues across departments, and gain access to all of my relevant work files from a single location. It has been invaluable in streamlining my processes and increasing my output.
Confusion is caused by delays in the creation, submission, and update processes. This results in duplicates quite frequently. Let me know when anything is loading by showing me a loader or a more reliable indicator of progress.

With Milient, we are able to track hundreds of projects at once, each with multiple line items and products to track at once, and we are able to follow up with clients much more regularly.
Milient's amazing job categorization and organization skills are one of my favorite features. It's an easy way to plan a project, break it down into manageable chunks, and delegate work to team members.
I've used simpler project management tools, so if this is your first time here, I recommend you take your time and think things through. To get the most out of the tool's potential, I think they need to improve their user interface.

Thanks to the intuitive design, finding and using the necessary features is a breeze. Milient's sophisticated analytic and reporting features are another plus.
Milient's suite of tools for managing projects and checking their quality is fantastic. I'm able to maintain better tabs on my tasks and resources because to this tool.
You can do better with the user interface. There are a lot of unnecessary hoops to jump through, and you can tell that items have been gradually layered on top of one another rather than built from the ground up.

Simplistic interface when logging working hours etc.
Sometimes the autofill of working hours annoys me a bit. Would be nice if I did not have to refresh my page every day to make the interface show the blue stribe of which day it currently is (I always have my tab open with Milient).

User Interface of Milient is very modern, fast and secure. Tool is very user friendly and easy to navigate that gives me top notch experience. Easily we can manage multiple projects at the same time using this wonderful tool. We can do resource planning, QA, tasks scheduling and tracking also invoicing using this same time. It gives us great ROI.
At this moment, I'm not facing any issue. Sometimes dashboard data take time to update the new information.

We are running our projects in Moment, project management, timetracking and invoicing.
We are using Moment, a product from Milient, to run our architecture business. We chose this software first and foremost for the ease of use, and multiple functionalities.
The software has been developed over a long period of time, and many iterations have been deployed. This results in a software that is packed with functionality, and possibly a bit too much for an entry level user.

Pretty good at all, some small adjustments and where 100%
the graphic and design. that we could handle all information about a project when it came to time and economic.
A little bit annoying that when you report a time in a specific project you need to first add the time, then click on the pencil on the side to add more information of what you have done under the time. The project planing and task are to complicated

Go to your project and main page -> choose to edit and scroll to the bottom and tick off the "description for project at all timesheets" If you have problems to find this, feel free to reach out to our support team.

A good product that with a remake could be top-notch.
Connectivity to go from time entries to preparing the invoice and sending it, and getting it automatically communicated to our ERP.The preparation step ("Projektunderlag") is good but has room for improvement. Filtering, searching etc. But the functionality it self is good.
Feels old. The UI has room for improvement. Many steps are cumbersome, and the feeling of things added over time making things more complex than if designed from scratch is apparent. Many views, like the "Projektunderlag" view, cannot be filtered and sorted in a good way. You need to put the project and customer name in the project name field in order to get a reasonably good overview in the "Projektunderlag" view as you cannot add project name to this view.
