Pros
Its price point vs features where perfect and this is what originally attracted me to the software I am interested to see what the future holds for the development of this software.
This tool has helped us to improve our collaboration processes at both the team and client levels. Nifty has enabled us to move forward faster with more clarity, helping us meet deadlines with ease.
We also like the fact that we can set milestones and the overview section is fantastic for tracking each project, its progress, and time frames.

Cons
Limited direct integrations. Too much reliance on Zapier/Integromat will be costly as you business is expanding.
The templates should have preview option , also I would liek to have templates around OKR's. Chat within the Projects is sometimes confusing , also discussion on any pertitcualr task.
The tasks/milestones aren't always the most intuitive. It can be difficult to find where to assign tasks and I'm not sure if milestones can be assigned- which makes it tedious attaching each sub-task.
