My experience overall has been really great! When I need assistance the team is always really helpful and quick with responding. The results are typically exactly what I need and the follow up is always appreciated.
Ninety is a great platform and my team uses it every single day. We utilize this to track to-do's, quarterly projects, facilitate our team meetings, and run performance reviews. The program is really easy to use once you learn it and it's a great way to ensure my team is always on the same page.
Some of the buttons and functions are a little glitchy or touchy at times. Like you have to click EXACTLY on the specific pixel to get into the text box or select an option. If you miss that pixel, the site assumes you're not trying to click into that textbox/button and resets the form. If we can expand that click zone to register the area slightly around the exact pixels, that would be AMAZING! Also,...

EOS is a fantastic operating system, but unfortunately Nintey.io has chosen a business model that makes it impossible to correctly implement EOS for the entire company unless your entire company is on email and can be a paid user.
The software is easy to access using a browser, and is always available without interruption.
In my manufacturing company, 90% of the team are line workers who do not have access to email, and therefore will be unable to properly participate in their L10's due to a simple development decision that prohibits non paid users from being assigned scorecard numbers or rocks. This is a really big disappointment, and since Nintey.io is forcing my company to choose between running EOS properly, or using their software, it's not a difficult decision to drop Nintey.io.

We use the platform as part of our EOS Implementation. Over the past two years, the user experience and platform as evolved considerable and is so much better. It is a must-use, daily platform for everyone at Humentum. But their stand-out feature is their customer service. It is quick, friendly, on-brand, and thorough. They make most SAAS companies look like amateurs.
Lots of users would like to integrate Ninety and other project management tools like Monday.com and it doesn't do that well (if at all.)

Ninety was critical to us executing the EOS business model. No way could we have done without it.
The organization of information. It's so easy to record and track everything.
For a while we had milestone tracking turned on so when a date was missed Ninety automatically assigned a to do. That didn't really work out for us.

It easily tracks various levels of meetings and allows for issues/to do tracking 1:1 and within teams. Also allows for a cascading KPI/Rock structure which can breakdown and assign goals to various teams and users.
Finding and utilizing the performance management tool was a bit difficult, but highly possible that is user related.

Easy to use and streamlines everything! The visibility you get, especially as a leader, is amazing. It helps me stay connected and allows me to easily plug in when my direct reports can't run their meetings.
I can't imagine running an L10 without it. THe tracking, organization, and ease of use is worth every penny.
I think it can be hard to keep track of to-do's from multiple departments.

I did just start using Ninety, but overall I am very pleased with this product. I am excited to continue using it and becoming more of an expert, which will help me stay organized and on top of short and long term goals and projects.
My favorite aspect of this software is that I am able to track personal goals, projects, tasks and reminders while simultaneously tracking team projects and tasks and collaborating with my group. Additionally, Ninety assists our team to have more efficient and productive meetings by keeping us on track and timing each section of our meeting.
My only con is that I feel that the interface of the software could be a little more visually appealing.
